If you have more than one car, do not park both cars on the driveway!

Street Parking rules are in effect 8am-10am with alternate days(Mon & Thurs/Tues & Fri) on each side of the road. We kindly ask to be respectful of our neighbor’s driveway space and be a responsible guest when bringing a vehicle with you.
Guest access
Check yourself in with a smart lock keypad access.

Please ensure that the both the unit door and the main entrance door is gently shut when entering and exiting and also pressing the lock button to lock the door

*Address of the house will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival for the safety of all our guests.

These HOUSE RULES enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.
*You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.
•Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm
•Check out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
•Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•No Smoking of ANY KIND inside/outside of property/driveway/balcony ($1,000 Penalty)for cleaning fee to scrub the walls, clean carpets and run ozone machines.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. There is a minimum fine of $1000.
•No MAIL or PACKAGE Delivered here
•No moving or rearranging of the furniture
•No UNPLUGGING of the main electronics
•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage
•No PETS allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
•Remove shoes and place them in shoe rack as you enter
•Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle
• Do not leave any leftover food or drinks in the refrigerator during check out
•No disturbing neighbors
•Quiet hours start at 9 pm to 7 am - No loud noise or music

*In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 9 pm. Our property is nestled within a serene residential neighborhood, where many long-standing residents, including families and senior citizens, value peace and quiet. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported to VRBO, and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance. Please respect the tranquility of our community during your stay.

*No events, large gatherings, or loud music are permitted. (We have noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels and is compliant with VRBO guidelines) We reserve the right to evict any guests who don’t oblige without a refund.

*Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of the most importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

*Only registered number of guests are allowed on the property (Max 10), this is taken very seriously for insurance purposes. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

*The person who uses their VRBO account to make the reservation must be present during the stay. Reservation can be cancelled immediately per VRBO 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund.

* No cryptomining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity. You will be billed for any electric/gas/water charges in excess of the usual day to day usage.

Property Disclosures:
We have 3 actively recording camera overlooking the front entrance and driveway as well as in the common area stairway which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room which actively records noise decibel levels and detects any form of smoking. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices that are on exterior of the property in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no cameras in the unit.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
