Este es un apartamento muy espacioso y auténtica de 130 metros cuadrados (1,400 pies cuadrados) cuenta con sala de 1 dormitorio con aire acondicionado, un comedor, un gran salón, una cocina moderna, un salle des bains con ducha americana (sin bañera), un aseo y zona de oficinas y una sala de lavandería. 2-4. Número máximo de personas: 4

El apartamento está en el 3er piso (cuarto americano) y cuenta con un ascensor. Se encuentra en una zona muy segura y tiene un tutor en vivo en el que habla Inglés.

Los servicios incluyen:
• Libre de línea fija de teléfono a los Estados Unidos y todos los países europeos,
• de pantalla plana por cable TV 3-D y DVR en salón, segundo TV y DVR en el dormitorio, pero no hay ningún cable,

Este es un gran apartamento de un dormitorio para los estándares franceses modernos. Perfect Stay in Paris

Wonderful Large Apartment

We have stayed in many apartments in the 6th but none as spacious and well-appointed as this beautiful property. All rooms are large, beautifully appointed with high ornate ceilings. The location and privacy are terrific. Check-in was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. 5 stars!

The apartment worked out perfectly for our family of 4. The large space allowed us to relax better than cooped up in a hotel room. Location was great and we appreciated having the full kitchen and washer/dryer combo. The owner's communication was outstanding, being both timely and detailed (including a 20+ pages of information on the apartment and location).

Great Property

This is a great property. The decor is authentic Paris in every respect however large and comfortable. Perfect place to explore the small Saint Germain streets to find a unique store or shop. Good restaurants close by or a short Uber ride. Quiet and an easy place to recharge after a day exploring. Check-in and out is simple plus Eric provides the most comprehensive property documentation I have ever encountered at a VRBO.

Perfect Paris Home

We stayed in Eric's beautiful Paris apt for 3 weeks. It was extremely comfortable and artistically decorated in a Parisian flair. The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances. The shower is modern and large. The bedroom spacious with a good mattress. This apt feels like a home. The washer is a plus as is the large smart TV with Netflix . My husband and I were able to walk to most of the major sights or hop on Metro which is right across the street. The apt is very secure. Eric is a wonderful communicator, and sends a very complete list of house operations along with restaurant and shopping options. Esther and Jean Philip, the building managers, are extremely welcoming and available for help if needed. We would definitely stay in this property again. Much more comfortable than a small Paris hotel room .

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood

We could not have been more pleased with this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and a wonderful combination of traditional French decor with modern kitchen and bath and up to date appliances. The neighborhood is a lovely quiet residential neighborhood convenient to all major museums and sites with multiple public transportation options. Eric is an outstanding host and the resident concierge is very helpful.

It Felt Like Home

We spent months searching for the perfect Paris apartment for our one month stay. This truly felt like home. The apartment was quite spacious and had all the amenities we wanted. The onsite property manager was very responsive and a delight to interact with. Weekly cleanings and linen changes were provided. The apartment is in a convenient location with access to the metro, shops and key museums and sights. We had the most wonderful time. Our only less than positive feedback is the noise that constantly seeps through the beautiful old single pane windows throughout the apartment. We have been to Paris many times and have used some of the more popular apartment vacation rental services. This apartment far exceeded any of the other apartments we stayed in. The next time we visit Paris, we will try to stay here again.

The Perfect Visit

We had a wonderful visit to Paris. The Hartwig home was the perfect location to visit all the local city sights. Our host Eric was a pleasure to work with. He was quick with communications and provided all the details we needed for our stay. The house managers, Esther and Jean-Philip greeted us and helped us settle in. They were so friendly and helpful, it was like visiting with close friends. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was an unexpected pleasure for us. We usually eat out on vacation, but the kitchen was so well appointed we found ourselves going to the market and cooking more than expected. The location of the apartment made it easy to walk to many museums like the Louvre and Orsay or get a taxi to see sights further away. It was fun to explore and a pleasure to come “home” each day to such a comfortable accommodation. We look forward to our next visit to Paris and hope to stay at the Hartwig house again.

Huge apartment, superbly located

If you’ve stayed in Paris before, you’ll know that hotel rooms are notoriously small. I often tell people to expect to be able to take a shower while sitting on the toilet. Even other Vrbo rentals have been on the cozy side of things. Eric’s apartment is palatial. I had no idea that I would be staying is such a spacious apartment. There are full size kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a very large master bedroom and bathroom. The location is second to none, in the very chic St Germain district in the left bank, right across the street from the Assemblée Nationale metro and right opposite Place de La Concorde. Absolutely wonderful! Eric Hartwig has everything organized down to the very last detail. He has prepared a complete book of household operations that has anticipated every question and need. The local staff, Esther and JP, are friendly, helpful and available to assist with any issues that may arise. I’m definitely planning on returning. I’ve already recommended it to others. Thank you Eric.

If I could give it more stars, I would!

My family was lucky enough to stay here for 6 nights and it was perfect! The best VRBO we have ever stayed at as it is a lovely apartment home with character & charm and is a HUGE retreat for Paris in the heart of a beautiful area. Eric has put such style and rich aesthetics into his home and Esther & Jean-Phillippe are a lovely couple that were so generous and easy to work with! The kitchen is a dream and has beyond everything that is needed. I loved sitting in the kitchen window each morning with an espresso & a croissant charting out our adventure for the day or just reading one of his many books! The great room has lovely windows looking out to a beautiful street with a nice breeze. We enjoyed this giant room each evening and my daughter used the pull out couch(which was comfortable) yet we still had so much space. We had to move happy hour to the dining room once just to say we used this grand room. Our bedroom was a warm and inviting space. We happened to be in Paris during a miserable heat wave w/ temperatures that reached 105 degrees so coming home from a long day to the cool air conditioner, a great shower and even a laundry machine was such a welcome! I would walk around the apt. and see more color, pictures, decorations or interesting books that I hadn't noticed the day before. Eric offered suggestions of local places to eat; we tried several and all were great! I would more than highly recommend this for a memorable visit to Paris.

C'est magnifique!

What a wonderful Parisian retreat in a beautiful Haussmann apartment. Old world charm with modern comfort. After mornings exploring the nearby Louvre and Tuileries I delighted in curling up with a book and napping in afternoon winter sunlight pouring into the salon. The kitchen is generous in size and perfect for a foodie like me who likes to cook. The dining accommodated 6 of us elegantly and greatly impressed my Parisian friends and family. I hope to return soon. Esther and Jean-Phillipe are wonderful concierges of the property and make me feel most at home. Eric has been great to communicate with and has really developed this apartment into a Parisian oasis. I hesitate to speak too highly of it lest it become so in demand I have trouble booking it for future visits!

Great place in the heart of Paris

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It is in an excellent location, close to the Seine and walking distance to all the attractions. It is decorated very tastefully and equipped with all the modern amenities. The elevator in the building made it easy since climbing stairs is a challenge for us. Esther and Jean gave us a very warm welcome and showed us the apartment. They were very friendly and were there to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. We would love to go back and stay there again.

I can’t say enough about this incredible property. The apartment is stunning and in a fantastic location on a centrally-located, beautiful tree-lined street. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Fantastic Comfort and Location

We spent 10 wonderful days at this lovely apartment. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Check in was easy, Esther, the super, met us right out front and was helpful during our stay. The building is extremely well maintained and quiet, we never heard a neighbor. The bathroom is great, with a nice big walk in shower. It is very well lit. Towels were plentiful, toilet paper and shampoo, etc. were all provided. The kitchen has top quality cooking equipment. Dish soap, dish towels, etc., all provided. The bed is very comfy with lots of pillows and covers. The living room is large yet cosy, the TV and wifi worked great. The amount of space, the architecture and the light make it a very unique place. Many of our other rentals have been bare bones, this home was a move in delight. We had many dinners in the lovely dining room. There's a wonderful butcher/take out a couple of blocks east on St. Germain across from the bakery. Plenty of Monoprix and other take out options are available if you don't want to cook. Blvd. St. Germain is a delightful walking street, it has everything you will ever need. We only used the metro 2 days (right across the street), we walked everywhere, we were fortunate to have perfect weather. So many top sights are within easy walking distance. There are a couple of great little dinner restaurants on rue de Vernueil (la bonne excuse & le cinq mars), by the D'Orsay, a 10 minute walk. It was truly special to spend these 10 days living the Parisian life. Merci Eric!!!

Marvelous decor. Very comfortable.

All the necessary utilities incl. washer/drier., cooking/dining utensils, linens. Unlimited phone for France and USA (perhaps elsewhere?) Metro stop across the street. Bus stop out the door. Delightful caretakers, Esther and Jean Philip. Grocery store a few blocks away. Pharmacy. Decent café, Cafe Mucha, a few short blocks. away. Musée d'Orsay a few blocks away - an easy walk. Our only problem was I can't take the metro. So we had to take taxis most places. But they are very easy to get. We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly.

The Absolute Best

Wonderful apartment, we loved its spaciousness. Perfectly located, in walking distance from le Musée de L'orangerie, the Louvre, 5 minutes from the Musée D'Orsay. Lovely sunny kitchen, so well appointed. We had many dinners at home. The owner, Eric is a very responsive and attentive person. We really appreciated the booklet with useful information regarding shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc in the area. The managers Esther and Jean-Phillipe were the most helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure to know them. We loved our stay in this property and are highly recommending it.

Paris at Your Doorstep

The Hartwig apartment could not be better located in the heart of Paris steps away from the River Seine, across the street from a metro stop, and within walking distance to many major Paris attractions including the amazing Musee d'orsay. The apartment is on the third floor of a stately building that offers excellent security, an elevator, and plenty of room to enjoy your stay in Paris. We enjoyed having the use of a washer/dryer that allowed us to pack lighter, and the apartment has a very nice eat in kitchen along with a full dining room for those with friends and family in the City. We especially enjoyed the large living room with tall windows and beautiful furnishings. I can not imagine a nicer home away from home, and am already thinking about another trip to Paris. The apartment is really wonderful and we are very happy to recommend it.

We began vacationing in France 20 years ago and it was love at first sight. After ten years of exploring the country we decided that we needed a home base in Paris. We searched for three years and were surprised to learn how many apartments had been subdivided into tiny rooms and had miniscule kitchens. We finally found the ideal apartment in the ideal location, and we're sure you'll find it a terrific place to welcome friends during your sojourn in Paris.

This apartment couldn't be better located. It is truly steps from some of the most jaw-dropping sights in Paris, yet it is not inundated with tourists. Situated in the quieter Left Bank, it is still easy walking distance to the excitement and shopping of the Right Bank. With the metro, bus, and RER right outside your door, all of Paris and the surrounding countryside are literally at your feet.
