Este espacioso apartamento de 600 pies cuadrados, primer piso francés, está ubicado en una calle tranquila y peatonal del distrito 5, junto a la famosa y encantadora rue Mouffetard (recomendada en Gourmet Magazine, septiembre de 2008), una famosa calle llena de Restaurantes y mercados al aire libre. El edificio tiene un patio privado y el apartamento es moderno, con todas las comodidades y es tranquilo. Edificio seguro, acceso solo por código. A pocos pasos se encuentra el edificio en el que vivió Hemingway. En las inmediaciones se encuentra la Place Monge, el corazón del Barrio Latino, el Panteón y los Jardines de Luxemburgo, maravillosos jardines históricos franceses. We were so pleased with our condo. It had everything we needed for our one week stay. The location was great! We walked to bathe Louvre and to Notre Dame. The condo itself was very comfortable with everything provided. Yo-yo is a great ambassador for the unit! We highly recommend it.

Wonderful place in the 5th

I would absolutely stay here again.. it’s in a charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and little grocery stores all in walkable distance. It’s in a quiet area off the main streets and comfy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars with online listing is because it mentioned there was air-conditioning which there is, but it must be shut off at 11pm. So it could not be used when we were sleeping which normally would be fine because Paris cools off at night and opening the windows would be perfect but we happened to be there when it was 90-100 degrees and it just did not cool off night enough. I appreciated the one fan available but another one would be useful if this heat attacks Paris again.

The location is terrific: a 10 minute walk South from Notre Dame de Paris. It is just West of the Sorbonne area, in the Latin Quarter, and extremely quiet. One block to Place de la Contrescarpe, a tiny traffic circle surrounded by a dozen cafes and shops, busy with young people every evening. Within 3 blocks, there are dozens of places to eat.The apartment itself is in a very old building, and is up one flight of spiral stairs. All systems have been modernized to the extent possible.The typically small kitchen has a half-height refrigerator, microwave, a good stove, sink & dishwasher, and a fancy Krups espresso/coffee maker. The bath has separate tub & shower, and the towels were . Hot water works well.Modernization includes heavy 2-pane glass windows which open & close easily and protect against heat/cold/noise.The washer is small, but serviceable; the dryer takes forever and (like AC and washer) cannot be run after 8 PM due to building rules. There is a portable AC unit in the living room, but we didn't need to try it. Rooms heat from hot water, and the control is just heat strength - there is apparently no thermostat, so you need to adjust for yourself during the night. Bed is OK.Internet & TV are fine, with French stations. BUT, we could not find any Apple AirPlay or Miracast (WiDi) connection to use our own streaming services via phone/pc.OTHER CONS: In spite of modernization, look of the place is somewhat drab & dark. Closets & cabinets are hard to open.

Great apartment overall. Clean, spacious and with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. Excellent location, well connected through metro and RER. And very polite and responsive host. Plus an amazing hostess, Ms Yoyo. Warmly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

We enjoyed our stay

The apartment was cozy and in the heart of the latin quarter.Convenient to cafes and restaurants and small shops. The area was safe for waking and assessable by walking to a variety of museums and parks. The apartment had a small but modern kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed are stay and would return. The manager was delightful and responsive.

This Latin Quarter location is absolutely fantastic!

Our entire family fell in love with Paris, in large part due to the welcoming hospitality of Ms. Yoyo and the fabulous location and warmth of Kiera's apartment. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to two metro stations -- lines 7 and 10 -- from where you can then easily access the rest of the city (including Versailles, Disneyland Paris and Paris du Nord/train station). The restaurants and cafes in the Latin Quarter are perfectly Parisian, and we often enjoyed orchestras and other musical groups performing there. The apartment is plenty spacious with comfortable beds, ample towels, and plenty of closet space. Thank you, Keira and Ms. Yoyo, for an absolutely incredible and memorable stay!

Lovely property

The apartment was nicely decorated and laid out, towels, linens and dishes were high quality, and the central location in the Latin Quarter couldn't be beat! Easy walk to three different metro stations, many bakeries and affordable restaurants, and a large 3 day/wk market. The property manager Ms Yoyo was very responsive. I enjoyed my week here and would definitely stay again!

Very Inhospitable Owner-Beware of Cancellation Policy

Our communications with the owner regarding our stay prior to arrival were awful. Within 24 hours of making our reservation we had a personal circumstance come up so we wanted to cancel our stay and reschedule for another time. We contacted VRBO and requested a cancellation. The VRBO representative said he would contact the owner on our behalf to cancel as she had a no cancellation policy, but since we were within 24 hours there should be no problem. When he called us back we were told the owner adamantly refused to grant us a cancellation and was actually quite rude to him. We then tried to call her to explain our situation but she would not accept our calls . She did finally did text us back and all she said was that under no circumstances could we cancel and if we didn't plan to visit we would forfeit the total amount we had paid. We again attempted to call her to , but she wouldn't speak with us. So we texted and asked if we could just get a credit for a future visit but she was not even considerate enough to ever reply. We are owners of a vacation rental that we have had listed on VRBO for 13 years and have never treated a guest this way. We certainly regret that we chose this rental. Just be aware that the entire cost of the rental is due up front and there is absolutely no cancellation possible as soon as you click on the confirm rental button. We did end up going on the trip and had a delightful time as we love Paris. On site manager is great

Lovely flat, responsive hosts

Property was quiet and secure and in a perfect location. Lots of nice restaurants and wine and cheese shops nearby but also close to 2am post-bar crepes. Quiet building on a very quiet street, good internet for working, lots of room, friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location!

Spent 8 nights here on our first trip to Paris and it was a perfect location to immerse yourself in the atmosphere and feel part of this historic neighborhood and be able to walk to the Seine, the Caberet, Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame, etc. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, Yoyo made checkin so easy and was available to answer any questions during our stay. We loved being able to walk a few steps to boulangerie, market and restaurants, my favorite the cozy library nook at Delmas. It was very special to stay in such an historic area where at one end of our street was the apartment where Hemingway lived and at the other end a first century Roman arena excavated in 1869.

Perfect Stay!

The unit is in a fun and convenient location, spacious by Paris standards, has an up to date bath and appliances and washer dryer! We have stayed in other rentals in Paris but this was the best. Also the property manager, Yoli, is a gem and a delight. We will absolutely return to Rue Rollin again.

Great location and service!

The place is in a very good central location, extremely safe and beautiful surroundings. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas in a short walking distance. The place looks like in the pictures, it was extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very friendly and nice. Paris is a great city, and this apartment is located in one of the best areas there is. I would go back. The only room for improvement would be getting a better AC unit or central AC to cover the entire apartment. It here is no AC in the bed room and the one in the family room is not very efficient. Also the Wi-Fi was not working but we did not care.

Art immersion

The apartment was very cheery, yellow walls, colorful artwork and comfortable even though it was older as are most. Having AC was essential and washer and dryer a big plus. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and lots of info, books, and brochures about France and Paris. We were greeted by Ms Yoyo who was very helpful and reassuring to us to have a contact while in Paris. Also a welcome basket of goodies was very appreciated. The bathroom with a tub and shower was a luxury. The apartment was close to 2 subway lines which was very convenient and our neighborhood was terrific. After 3 and a half weeks we felt like Parisians as we sat in a cafe at our local circular Contrescarpe cafe social center. Many nice restaurants in the area. We were in Paris to attend an Art History course at the American University in Paris and access to all the museums was easy by the metro. We had a wonderful time. Thanks so much.

Great Apartment in Great location

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this apartment. The A/C really came in handy during our stay and that is rare for Paris. The property managey, Ms Yoyo was great to work with and very nice and helpful in so many ways from finding us transportation from the Airport to restaurant recommendations. The apartment was exactly as described and in a great location with great restaurants nearby, away from the huge crowds near other locations in Paris, and a great central point to stay and visit all that Paris has to offer. We would definitely stay again and look forward to doing so in the future.

Paris Stay

This was the perfect place to be... great location. They check in was very easy. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The Best, however, was Yoli, the Wonder Woman who helped us when I realized I booked for 1 day short of our stay. She packed us up & helped find a hotel for 1 night. That goes above & beyond I recommend this apartment!

Comfortable centrally located flat

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The modern luxuries of a washer, dryer and dishwasher were great, we have kids! Yoli is fantastic (prop manager) and helped us and even babysat. We would return in a heartbeat. Great comfortable stay.

Kiera’s apartment is comfortable, clean, and impressively convenient to the very best sites in the 5e arrondissement. We loved going everywhere on foot and especially appreciated the nearby Jardin des Plantes.

Amazing little Latin Quarter Apt in a Quaint Neighborhood

Love this property. Such a cool little neighborhood with lots of food options and you truly get the feel of being of Paris away from the tourist crowds. The on the ground manager, Ms. Yoyo is awesome. So helpful and friendly. She even helped us get from the airport to the apartment without having to catch a cab. Would definitely come back to this property over and over if I could.

Nice place to stay

Located near metro and some nice cafes, this place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Very quiet was a plus. Stayed with my 14 year old and we were pleased.

This property was an amazing find during our recent trip to Paris. This was our first vacation there, and we stayed at this property for five nights. The apartment was exactly what was described and is in the heart of Latin Quarter, which is a very good neighborhood in Paris. We were traveling with 2 children, and the apartment was appropriate size to accommodate all of us. There is plenty of space to lounge as well as sleep in the night. The host and the caretaker was very accommodating to our requests and was quite resourceful. The place is a couple of minutes walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, medical shops, and cafés to Satisfy all your needs during your stay there. It is walking distance from the local metro train stations and a five minute cab ride to high speed trains that travel across Europe. The place is clean and has every possible amenity you can think of that you would need on a vacation with kids. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Paris, if this location is available at that time. The check-in and checkout were very smooth and the neighborhood is super quiet in the night when you rest. The kitchen and restroom are quite large enough and four people can sleep very spaciously.

Winter Paris getaway

This rental was so unexpectedly exactly what we needed. We were away from the tourist part of the city and felt like we got a much better feel for life in Paris. Restaurants, shoos and the metro are so close. The beds were really comfortable, even when I had to sleep on the pullout couch to support a child having a nightmare…and THAT was even comfortable! Highly recommend!

My husband and 2 small boys love Paris- there is always a new place to explore, a new site to appreciate and a new restaurant to try. The city is always alive, inviting and full of life. So much history, so many historic sights and always a cafe to sit down it- to savor the moments, the view and the wonderful food.

We love this location- it is the heartbeat of Paris. Convenient by RER, Velib (the bike rental throughout Paris sponsored by the city that is accessible to everyone and steps away from our apartment), walking, metro and bus to anyplace of interest. Direct RER to Versailles and the airport. Easy walk to Nortre Dame, Boulevard St. Germain. Steps away from the famous Rue Mouffetard filled with restaurants, open air markets, supermarkets and theaters. The street is quiet, a pedestrian only street, yet steps from the heartbeat and activity of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is modern, comfortable and fully equipped with every comfort. We especially love the big bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Having a washer and dryer unit is invaluable, especially with young children. The hostess that meets you at the apartment is invaluable- to introduce you to the neighborhood, the city and answer any questions. Very helpful indeed when you need help with lost luggage, a stolen wallet or confusion on how to operate the television- all of which have happened !
