This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is located on the World-Famous Ocean City Boardwalk at 9th St.

Oceans Edge 503 is a luxury beachfront condominium featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 Full baths. This large 1,650 sq ft. property has a furnished balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and boardwalk. You can watch the sunrise and maybe even see dolphins. The Master bedroom has a 70 inch flat panel wall-mounted smart television and an electric fireplace. The Master bath has a jacuzzi and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a 75 inch flat panel wall-mounted smart television and (2) Full beds. The 3rd bedroom has a 45 inch flat panel wall-mounted smart television and (2) Queen beds. This is the perfect location for guests seeking to attend Ocean City events such as Springfest, Sunfest, the International Kite festival, Air Show, Oceans Calling Festival, Country Calling Festival, OC Bikefest, Jeep fest, Corvette weekend, Cruisin' OC and Endless Summer Cruisin'. You can view the car parades right from your own private balcony. This property comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and is perfect for multiple families!.

If I could give this condo and the hosts a 100 star rating, I would! No detail was missed. The space was immaculate, clean sheets and towels already on the beds. Stocked with everything by you could need (extra toiletries, paper products, extra dish and laundry pods) and nothing that you don’t (previous renters’ food, condiments, etc). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need from a pancake griddle to a crab pot! And the view from the deck is beautiful! Right on the beach. Plenty of food options and shops within a couple minutes walk. Judi was such a helpful and communicative host. There just isn’t a bad word to say about this place. We hope to return!

Excellent experience! Location was great, especially for kids! Condo was spacious and most importantly, clean. Owner goes above and beyond providing the necessities like extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry supplies and toiletries. Would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and so comfortable. The space was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in easy. It really felt like she went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience.The location was perfect, and the views from the condo were just stunning. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed place to stay. Thank you for such a lovely visit!

Everything from beginning to end, was exceptional. Judy had the worst day on our check in day, the people who rented the condo before us, left the condo a mess, ruined the towels, and broke the washing machine. When Judy had called us to see when we would be arriving, I actually was gonna call Judy to see if we could check in early. After the call my wife and I figured Judy would call back in an hour and tell us that she’ll give us a discount because there are no towels and the washing machine doesn’t work. Instead, Judy called back and said that the condo should be available by 23 o’clock so that our son who was arriving first would be able to check in early and that she had a gentleman on his way to swap out the washing machine, and the linens and towels were able to be replaced. When Judy called back at 3 PM all this was done our son was able to check in an hour early and the washing machine man was just wrapping up making sure the washer actually worked. The washer and dryer were very key to our rental., and when Judy made no excuse, and made it happen, so that we could have a fantastic experience, it really showed us that we made the right choice!! And when we arrived, walked in, the condo was way more than we ever expected!!! This was our 5th trip to OC and we’ve stayed a little bit everywhere on the boardwalk, this is by far the best!!! I/we definitely will rent again and we definitely strongly recommend that anyone reading this rent from Judy and Wayne. Perfect loca
No need to get up early and walk to the beach to catch sunrise when you have this view from your balcony!!! ❤️ barely 10 feet from your bed!!!! The Master bedroom is everything we could’ve wanted.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with vrbo. Judi was such a fantastic host. She couldn’t have been more accommodating from the minute I booked until checkout. My family accidentally ran into some scheduling issues and Judi couldn’t have possibly been more helpful. The condo is immaculate. It fit the 6 of us extremely comfortable. The rooms were well decorated and spacious. The balcony is huge with picture perfect views of the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be renting Judi’s condo again.

Amazing stay!! Condo is beautiful and was super clean. Judi and Wayne were so responsive and just a pleasure to deal with. Great location on Boardwalk in the thick of it all! Highly recommend. Lots of games for the kids and tons to do in the area!

The room was very well kept up with and was great. A beautiful view of the beach. Very good hospitality with the host and everything was amazing down here. My husband said if we didn't have to come back home he would live here. Lol.

We were hesitant to book this place because of lack of reviews. From the first experience with the owner from the follow up after we left, it was nothing short of amazing. Walking in the place was breathtaking. She had everything we could’ve possibly needed and then some. Extremely clean and so spacious. The view was amazing. The location could not have been more perfect. Just quiet enough, yet close enough to get anywhere you needed to go. I cannot recommend this place enough. Have stayed in many VRBO’s and this one definitely takes the cake.
