Gorgeous fully renovated modern 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home 2 1/2 blocks from the beaches that are surf and swim friendly. The interior of the house is bright and airy with an open layout and high-end finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and includes stainless steel appliances. The perfect home for a family getaway. Great location; close to La Jolla, 15 minutes to downtown San Diego, the airport and near many restaurants and coffee shops . Location is in a quiet neighborhood and has a strict noise ordinance, please consider this when choosing our property to rent. This property includes a two car driveway making parking easy. AC for your convenience. Private front patio area with fire pit and seating area as well!

You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance. 4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property. 5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. 7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. 8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, any toys or ice chests (if applicable). If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest. 9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged 10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout. 11. No pets allowed.

The property was beautifully remodeled, on a quiet street. There were cafes and coffee in close walking distance. Also, very close to the beach!It was very comfortable for 6 adults!Great experience overall.
