You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the assigned and covered parking space (A4) or building uncovered parking spaces (first come first serve).

While public transportation options are available, we recommend using a car for the best exploration of the area. Free parking is available in your assigned covered space (A4) or in uncovered spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. For those flying in, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is also nearby, about a 30-minute drive.
