You are 50 steps away from the 5th Avenue beach access and world-famous shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Located on a private road providing for maximum privacy . This three bedroom two bathroom (main) home has entry foyer that opens to a living area with high ceilings and large windows for natural light. Along with a beautiful separate guest house (one bedroom, one bathroom). Walk to restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet street right off the main road in IRB directly across from beach access.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available throughout your stay to answer questions and are local and willing to assist if possible. We have our vendors throughout the area as well should something be needed. Six guests are included in base price.

Cozy cottage. Walk to everything. We had 2 dogs and the yard is fenced. Big grill. Ideal for 2 families with young kids.

The main house was great. Minimal issues. The front door seems to need adjusted (couldn’t get it to open easily), but that was the only complaint. The guest house wasn’t really usable, as it was extremely damp and smelled like chemicals from the DampRid buckets all over the place. We ended up just staying in the main house instead due to the odor.

Location was amazing! We could walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops and beach shops . Perfect place for our dogs with the fenced in backyard. Plenty of space for everyone and updated throughout. Definitely would stay again

50th Birthday getaway

Perfect for a family or group. Short walk to the beach and nearby shopping and entertainment. This house was perfect for our group of ten friends. Plenty places to sleep and be comfortable, roomy.

Cutest house - Great sleeping arrangements, super nice master bath, 6 beach chairs and wagon but no cooler. Host is super responsive & let us check in early! 3 minute walk to beach, lots of restaurants & bars nearby.

Family Vacation

Very nice, spacious and comfortable. However, seems renovations had not been completed thus creating some minor inconveniences. However, we had a very positive experience and would consider staying there in a future family vacation.

Perfect stay for groups to play

Great location, just a quick walk to the beach, next door is an ice cream place that has way too many flavors to choose from! Several restaurants in walking distance too. The house was a perfect size. Everyone had plenty of room and lots of beds. Our stay was 9 nights and a couple of those nights we had family visit and the house accommodated everyone comfortably, but the majority of the time it was just the 3 of us and was still the perfect size.

Overall a great place to stay. Right across the road from beach and close to restaurants. Almost no need for vehicle for the week. Lots of beds available.

Great house in great location

Very nice property, has everything you need, loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispenser in the showers. Perfect location to beach across the street.

Paradise

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The property location offers easy access to the beach & local dining within walking distance. The beach wagon & chairs came in handy. We bought an umbrella & left it at the property for the next guests to enjoy. Everything you may need was provided. I highly recommend this property. There's only 2 small things I would like to suggest. The pictures on VRBO may need updated. The pictures listed outside & inside are different in person. Also there was not a blowdryer as indicated in the description. Like I said these were too minor things. Overall, excellent place to stay! Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Very clean and spacious. Our 25 yr old loved the In-law suite. Vending machine was a little different. Water came in handy. Over all GREAT! Plans to return soon!

Peaceful Cove

We loved this peaceful little place. Close to the beach and a nice backyard to enjoy the evenings. It was my first time ever to see the ocean and i was nervous about the hassle of traveling. No hassle. Hope we can rent this again if we ever come back .

Great location and accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Very roomy main house plus the added benefit of the separate sleeping quarters for me (a snorer lol). The location was secluded, yet within a short walk to the beach. Darcy was very prompt with her responses and the communication was perfect. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location

Location was perfect. Just across the street from the beach, walking to restaurants, ice cream and some breweries. We did run into a few issues but the property manager was extremely responsive and addressed everything. Thanks!

Beautiful home/ beautiful location

This was the perfect location to get together for my daughter’s special bridesmaid weekend. There was plenty of room, and everything felt very spacious for the 12 of us. The kitchen and 3 full bathrooms were well equipped. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away, not to mention numerous restaurants including Crabby Bills.. We would love to stay here again!

IRB beach house

Our family enjoyed our week so much in IRB. This house is roomy, comfortable and clean. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and we did not lack anything. Grilled dinner a couple times and used the beach chairs and towels when we went to the beach. Great location and hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Girl’s Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing and we loved that it was secluded but close to the beach. Also a great distance from CVS, restaurants, and bars. The house was so cute and clean. Thanks for all the beach chairs and toys left for us to use. Only suggestion was to get an air filtration system for the back cottage. Thanks for sharing

Hidden Gem Close to the Beach

My wife and our 6 kiddos loved our stay at this home. The location was ideal with a very very short walk to the beach. It is on a quiet dead end road with only 4 other homes. With the studio apartment, trundles, and open floor plan, you could easily and comfortably sleep 13+! We loved the botanical gardens and nature parks close by as well as the amazing restaurants and ice cream shops. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful! We hope to stay here again the next time we come to Florida!
