The Space:

Our 2,050 sqft farmhouse effortlessly combines rustic charm with modern comforts.

Set atop a hill on over 15 acres, this spacious living offers breathtaking views of rolling hills and vineyards.

Surrounded by wineries, it’s the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and savor life’s finer moments.

**Our pools are professionally cleaned and maintained by a licensed pool company every Friday (schedule is subject to changes by our Pool company)

**Yard maintenance is typically performed on Friday. However, the schedule may vary due to weather conditions or the service provider’s availability.



Please note: There may be occasional staff visits to the wine cellar located in the cave at the front of the house, as well as private wine tasting appointments on-site during your stay.



While the home is equipped with high-speed internet, please note that due to its secluded location in Napa, Wi-Fi connectivity may occasionally be slower or less stable.



Guest Access:

Access to the whole house with the exception of the following:



Owner's storage areas.

Guest house located to the left of the main house.

Wine cave is part of a private area, not accessible to guests.

Due to fire safety regulations, the fire pits and outdoor built-in BBQ are not available for guest use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment.

You're surrounded by wineries like Alta Vineyard, Elan Vineyards, and iNapaWine Estate Winery.

The Grape Yard Shopping Center is a short 25 minute drive, with many shops and restaurants.

12 miles to downtown Napa

17 miles to Yountville

23 miles to Lake Hennessey.

Head down into Napa to experience the finest of cuisine, like Bistro Don Giovanni, Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse, and Mustards Grill.

Yountville is home to the world famous French Laundry. You're close to dozens of wineries



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around the area comfortably.

Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.

Wildlife Advisory: Our home is located in a nature-rich area, and occasional sightings of small wildlife or field rodents may occur. We have routine pest control service in place, and precautionary measures such as mouse traps have been set to help prevent indoor activity. For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask that all doors remain closed at all times.

Although we have routine pest control service in place, please avoid leaving any food out, as it can attract ants. If ants are found, we will take action to eliminate them.

Please Note: The wooden table has visible stain marks that have been intentionally preserved as part of its character and history. These marks are not a sign of dirt or uncleanliness, the table is thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

Wifi: We’ve subscribed to the fastest internet service available in the area. However, as the home is located in a more remote part of Napa, the Wi-Fi may not always be as strong or reliable as in urban locations.

Please drive slowly through our neighborhoods, especially along narrow and winding roads. Be kind, considerate, and respectful to the families who live here. Let’s all do our part to keep everyone safe!



The driveway entrance may be a little difficult to find at night, as Apple/Google Maps may show the location a bit before the actual gate. Please continue a bit further down the road to reach the main entrance gate. Kindly note that the driveway is not street-lit, so it may be dark in the evening.

Pet Policy: ** We do permit authorized pets for a fee of $100 per pet per stay (Paid Separately). We appreciate your understanding

“Early Check-In” option for $75 plus tax, subject to availability. Prior to 1:00PM - Rate of one night based on current nightly rate applies. To request Early Check-In, please contact us 24–48 hours before arrival so we can coordinate with housekeeping and adjust your reservation.

There is an extra charge of $50 per night for each guest beyond the 6th guest.

Parking: Parking is limited to the property, with a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed. No street parking allowed. No party buses or RVs are permitted, and outdoor camping or sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited.

No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property.

Pool Safety reminders:

1. Always supervise children and inexperienced swimmers

2. No diving.

3. No running around the pool area.

4. Keep hazardous objects, such as glass or sticks, away from the pool.
