We understand how inconvenient long waits and crowded elevators can be, especially when coming and going from the beach or carrying belongings. The elevators are operated and maintained by the building’s association rather than our management team, so unfortunately we don’t have direct control over their operation. That said, we absolutely understand the impact this has on our guests and will continue to share this feedback with the appropriate property management team. While we manage the unit itself and strive to ensure it meets high standards for comfort and cleanliness, the elevators and common areas are overseen by the building’s Homeowners Association.
