This location was perfect for us as we stayed here while our daughter performed with Ballet West. Walking across the street to the theater and not having to worry about traffic or parking made it worth every penny. Rob was excellent and very responsive. We will be staying here again for sure! 10 stars!!!

Great stay downtown

I spent 4 nights here for a work conference - great, quiet spot right downtown, walkable distance to anything you could need including local transit. Affordable, clean, and friendly staff! Would stay here again.

The apartment was centrally located for what we were doing. The parking was a bonus! As the parking on the street was challenging. The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable. Perfect for a weekend away. Checking in and out was easy.

Comfortable stay in a great location

This apartment was located in the perfect spot for me when the hotel hosting a professional conference that I attended was sold out. It was a comfortable, clean, nicely decorated place to stay. I appreciated the parking spot available in the garage beneath the building. The property manager was communicative and always quick to respond to my questions.

Stayed there four days during a volleyball tournament. Was easy five minute walk. Plenty of easy dining and entertainment within walking distance. Clean and comfortable! Would recommend! No complaints.

A Great Spot Downtown!

We really enjoyed many aspects of this property! The location is ideal downtown- we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and the Delta Center. Robert and Stephanie were great to work with. The loft was clean, with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The washer and dryer were really nice to have as we were on a ski trip and neededto do laundry. Our rental did not match the pictures in the listing- but had all amenities listed and was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed for 6 nights while attending a conference. The conference was across the road! Perfect location. Took me 2 minutes max to get from my room to the centre of the centre. I loved the studio. It was clean. The bed was super comfortable. The shower fantastic. The kitchen was great - but I did not cook. 30 secs to go down stairs to cupla coffee for breakfast (plus terrific coffee) and then everything else was part of the event. But if I had needed to cook, everything was there. I also did not use the gym but it looked great.
