Additional Details:

> As part of the building rules, we kindly ask guests to send soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in with the building front desk and register with Depart of Tourism to meet the governments guidelines.

> Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. AED 150 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability only.

> In stay cleaning can be requested and will be incur additional cost as below:
• Bookings less than 7 days there will be a charge of
AED 250 for any cleaning requested.
• For bookings between 7-14 days, any extra cleaning requested will be charged at AED 150.
• For bookings longer than 14 days, cleaning will be provided free of charge once every 14 days with flexible timing.

> Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in an immediate fee of AED 3500 to cover the cost of odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. This policy is non-negotiable.

★ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ★
We kindly ask that you respect the quiet enjoyment of the apartment and our neighbours by refraining from hosting parties or playing loud music. Violations may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of your stay.

★ NO OUTDOOR SHOES ★
We kindly request that outdoor shoes not be used in the apartment to help us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests. Please note that any additional cleaning or repairs required due to shoe stains or damage may incur a charge.
