Accommodations:
Seven Palms is a second-row upgraded home offering the full island-life experience. This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home sleeps 10-12 and offers an open floor plan with beautiful newly furnished living room and loft areas providing plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The first floor offers a newly renovated bathroom with full tub/shower and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed with brand new furnishings for 2024 while the secondary bedroom offers two plush queen beds.

Both bedrooms offer private patio doors to the rear deck with serene views of the private pool and intercoastal waterway and Smart TVs.

The second-floor features two additional bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a comfy king-sized bed featuring new bedroom furniture for 2024 as well as a Smart TV. The secondary bedroom features two brand new wooden twin-over-full bunk beds.

The cozy loft area offers a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa for added sleeping and relaxing accommodations and an additional Smart TV.

Love to cook? Step into a lovely well-appointed kitchen and dining area featuring stainless appliances, counter seating for six (6), a spacious dining table with seating for eight (8) and countless extras including but not limited to:

• Keurig, a Drip Coffee Maker, a French Press, a whole bean grinder and a tea kettle,
• Instapot Duo (6-quart capacity),
• Heavy-duty manual citrus juicer (perfect for fresh squeezed juice),
• Blender, 2 and 4-slice toasters, hand-mixer, mixing bowls,
• Electric griddle, pots/pans/griddles, glass baking dishes, and a supply of additional cookware.

Notable Features of Seven Palms:

• Private saltwater pool (not heated), luxury lounge chairs, enclosed hot & cold water shower with dressing area and a fully enclosed private backyard.
• Starter roll of paper towels, toilet paper for each bathroom, dish soap, dish washer pods, a pre-wrapped sponge, hand soap at all sinks, laundry pods, and Keurig K-Cups.
• Linens are included with your reservation, delivered individually packaged for your safety and contain the following: fitted and flat bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels/hand towels and wash cloths, bathmats plus dish towels/wash cloths to the capacity of the home.
• Smart TVs/ High-speed Internet/Cable (We secured the best Wi-Fi package available on the island. However, we are on an island and outages can/do occur occasionally.) Streaming services available via guest's personal accounts. TVs in all rooms except Bunks.

• Rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs on the gated front and back porches plus two (2) full sized polywood dining tables with chairs to accommodate outdoor dining (seating for 12).
• Washer/Dryer in the home
• Hairdryers (located in each bathroom closet)
• Iron/Ironing Board (located in Queen bedroom)
• Covered parking / total parking for up to 6 vehicles (no off-street parking or parking on grass permitted).
• Carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and exterior flood lights for your safety.
• Outdoor/Exterior security cameras facing the front and rear entry and driveway (for security purposes only).


You will also find an outdoor hose for washing off sandy feet, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Please remove sand BEFORE entering the home and the pool. Thank you so much.

Guests will have access to the entire home (with the exception of the ground floor storage room) as well as the fully enclosed yard plus the private saltwater pool . There is a propane grill in the backyard. There is plenty of room for your entire group to be together yet spread out. There are beach chairs and a beach wagon available for your use. From the driveway, turn right to the beach access, which has a nice mat for easy walking over the dune.
