When staying at Villa Santorini, you will have a personal chef, a bartender, a gardener and a housekeeper included.

Your chef will prepare all breakfast, lunch and snacks to enjoy in the villa (groceries are not included).

We would be more than happy to assist with your first grocery run! Should you wish to take advantage of this service, a 10% service fee will be added to the total bill.

The housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds and wash the towels and linen.

PERSONAL laundry service, there is an additional cost.

Villa staff work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., they can stay as late as needed, but transportation for staff must be provided. In case of requiring dinner preparation, there will be an additional cost of $20 per person (staff staying), this amount may be paid directly to the chef or waiter.

You will also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your point of contact for anything you need during your stay. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish.

**Highly recommend that you bring water shoes to enter the beach!

GUEST ACCESS:
Resort Fee - All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register to be granted full access to resort areas and amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access. Registration benefits includes: Villa Owners Club concierge services, use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach, golf discount rates and access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center, among others.
