^Guest Number:
Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitors inside house. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.

^Starter supplies of toiletries are provided, but if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish paper products.

^Parking:
You will have 3 garage spaces and for 4 more cars in the driveway areas directly in front of those 3 garage doors. If you have additional cars, there are a few street parking spots on Douglas Ave or there is a free public lot nearby.

House Rules:
-No smoking in or near the house ($2000 fine, per townhome smoked in) Illegal substances of any kind are prohibited, if present, reservation will be canceled with no refund and guests will be removed by authorities.
-No moving/rearranging furniture ($1000 fine, per townhome moved)
-Adults cannot book for people under 25 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Security cameras are present around exterior of property, garage, and in common hallway upon entering the building. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.
-Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out
