Newly renovated from top to bottom, this professionally designed condo will have you feeling right at home with Public Goods shower amenities, an open concept kitchen and living space, fast wifi, and a super cushy king-size bed.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Requires approval before booking. $35/pet/night. $200 month cap. Pet fee will be added to your stay the day of check in and is not included in your original booking price.

The Elizabeth is named after the woman who first owned this historic brick building back in 1900. Gut renovated from top to bottom, we are so excited to share this gorgeous property with guests!
Continuing the celebrating of women, each condo in this building is named after a prominent woman in history. This one pays homage to Amelia Earhart! Surrounded by a sophisticated feel, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is sure to be the perfect home instead of home while you`re staying in Columbus.
This condo is on the second floor and has an open concept with a super functional kitchen area with plenty of counter space. You`ll find smart locks, a smart thermostat, a 55` smart TV with streaming services setup, including Netflix and Disney+, and a host of amenities to make your stay comfortable.
The bedroom with king bed and en suite is directly adjacent to the main living space. Once you`re in the condo, everything is on one level. The `back door` for the condo is located off of the bedroom.
There is an open staircase from the main entrance to the second floor.
The king beds have comfortable, memory foam mattresses, cozy comforters, and soft sheets.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Whirlpool appliances, Cuisinart single-serve coffee maker, coffee pods, sugar, creamers, salt, pepper, olive oil, and everything else you could need! But keep in mind we are close to many of the best restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops in the city!
The internet runs on a mesh wifi system, so coverage will be fast and perfect throughout the home.
There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
All parking is street parking only. While it`s free, we will need your license plate state and number so we can add you to the city`s digital parking system.
Getting around the neighborhood on foot is super simple! We are just a 5 - 10 minute walk from tons of coffee shops and restaurants! Street parking is free but by digital permit only. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will get your car set up with on-street parking. It`s hardly ever an issue to find parking in front of the building.
We are a boutique hosting company. On any day we do have a dedicated host to assist you with anything you might have questions about, etc. We do have families, however, and request that all communication happens from 9am - 7pm daily. In the case of emergency, please dial 9-1-1.
The Victorian Village is known for quaint, leafy streets lined with late-19th- and early-20th-century homes in a variety of architectural styles, such as Gothic Revival mansions, Second Empire villas, and Queen Anne houses. Paths crisscross sprawling Goodale Park, a setting for annual music festivals. Overlooking the park, the Pizzuti Collection hosts contemporary art exhibitions and has a free sculpture garden.
Driving your own vehicle is super easy in Victoria Village. Ubers and Lyfts are also widely used. If you`re brave, try the electric scooters offered by the city during warmer months!

GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE • Please treat the property as you would your own home. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors. • In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours. • No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved. • The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside. • Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc. • Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation. • Additional cleaning or repairs may be billed. These are not covered by the $1,000 smoking violation fine. • Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • No candles, incense, or strong-smelling substances. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits. • For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200). • For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet. • Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. Only registered service animals with proper documentation are exempt from the pet fee. • All animals must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. Dogs must be crated when in the property without a responsible adult in charge of their care. • Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Litter boxes and pet food must not be left outside. • No pets may be left outside without supervision. • Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation without refund, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR • Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points. • Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices. • Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation. • Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported. • Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS • Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft. • We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed. • If your reservation is cancelled due to rule violations, you must remove all belonging from the property. Any vehicles left of the property after cancellation will be towed at the car owner`s expense.

Beautiful apartment
Loved staying here! Had a little discrepancy with another guest due to their loudness for hours, but owner took care of the situation right away! Would recommend staying here again, fantastic location!
