The Beach Villas are perfectly positioned for an action-paced getaway, while also offering plenty of opportunity to escape and unwind. This is an off road and water-sports paradise. Entertaining friends and family is easy-the Villa come equipped with an 8-stool tiki bar, outdoor kitchen, and spacious beachfront patio overlooking the Colorado River and Private White Sandy Beach.

Great place to stay on the River. ‘‘This is the second time I’ve rented at these Villas and both times have been wonderful! I’ve had no complaints. If you want a stress free, fun time at the River I’d stay here.

if you are looking for a nice spot right on the river then i cant recommend this place more. private beach, amazing patio/bbq area for cooking. we had a great time

Wonderful vacation spot

My family and our friends who joined us really, really enjoyed staying at Sundance villas. We enjoyed that the 2 villas were 2 detached rooms. That allowed each family to have some privacy. Each villa was clean and better in person than in the pictures. The property itself had everything for us to enjoy such as bbq-ing and sitting under the palapa while our girls played on the beach. At night we enjoyed hanging out on the patio furniture chitchatting and star gazing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the tools we needed (even a crockpot). The view of the river was perfect and the beach clean. Very friendly neighbors. Barbara next door was friendly and helpful. Another neighbor came over and taught our daughters how to catch crawdads. We had the best time and will definitely love to come back. Thank you for the stay!

Family River Trip

We had a great time as a family staying at this villa. Close proximity to the river allows for the older and younger family members to go back to the villa as needed for naps and reprieve from the sun. But everyone is still close enough that no one misses out! The outdoor set up is great for dinners and hanging out. Can't wait to go back next year!

Best spot in Parker

I was blown away with how amazing this place is. Waking up to the water crashing at the shoreline, kids playing in the water, private beach feeling. Easy access to outdoor kitchen and room. I'm in and will 100% be booking every year. Please fix the coffee pot...

Perfect location

The location was great and the entire grounds was nice and clean. The beach was great and easy access for our boat however someone did leave their boat at the dock our entire stay and we were unable to use it. As far as the villa, it was nice but a few blinds in the room were broken and we had to hang a blanket for privacy. There were also no hand towels for the kitchen and main bathroom. The coffee kurge did not work. Overall, we had a great experience and would go again but we will know next time what to bring.

Would never rent from this owner again

The location is awesome. The place itself is nice. No trash bags no dishwashing soap. Minimal dish wear no laundry facility. Could have been ok with all that but our biggest problem was the AC. Scorching hot at night. We asked the owner who controls it from her phone to please turn it down to at least 70, she refused even with two elderly people (my mother who cried the first night because she was just dripping sweat) We were told if it went below 74 the unit would freeze up which is a crock. She even had the audacity to say she would need a sweater if it was any cooler in the home LOL. The owner of the land came by and was more than understanding. The last night Im assuming he kept his word because the AC finally got set to 68 and was bearable. He had even said that is not right to control it like that. Owner of house was rude, the owner of the land was great thankful we could finally sleep decently the last night.
