Gondola-side Apartment in Vail

Our apartment is for the folks who want to ditch their car and enjoy everything Vail has to offer by foot or on skis!

You’ll find a large bedroom with an incredibly comfortable king sized bed, a large tv, and plenty of space to store your things in the bedroom. The bathroom was recently updated and will include all the essentials.

Unlike nearly every other apartment complex you'll rent in the villages, our apartment is one of the very few that comes with an included parking spot. Even better, its a covered garage! Our building also offers a pool through the summer, two hot tubs year round, and a community washer and dryer room.

When you are back at the apartment, you can hang out on our large patio and enjoy views of the ski resort and the gondola. We have both a couch set up as well as a little dining nook so you can enjoy hanging out or snacking from the patio.

If you aren't interested in checking out the restaurants that are all within a very short walk, feel free to cook your heart out in our kitchen. We provide everything you'll need to chef it up.
