Designed with families and friends in mind, this single story vacation home has all the modern comforts of home with a spa-like feel. We know football, baseball, and the campus are exciting, but you need a place to recharge after all the “Rah-rah”.
With three beautifully furnished bedrooms, you'll enjoy restful nights in cozy, thoughtfully designed spaces. Each bedroom is tailored to provide a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day at Texas A&M or exploring the area. Each bedroom also comes with a closet, dresser, and Smart TV.

The two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer, ensuring you have everything you need to feel at home. Whether you're preparing for an early morning tailgate or freshening up after a campus tour, these well-appointed bathrooms have you covered.

The living room is a highlight of the home, featuring an oversized sectional, a Smart TV, and a warm fireplace. It’s the perfect gathering spot for post-game celebrations, movie nights, or simply relaxing with friends and family.

Walk-through to the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with brand-new appliances and a spacious island and sink with seating for two. We’ve also included an air-fryer for game day, a blender for healthy mornings and margarita nights, as well as a fully stocked coffee station for slow mornings after long tailgate days.

The large dining area, which comfortably seats six, provides an ideal space for shared meals, game-day snacks, or pre-event gatherings.

For added fun, the game room offers a variety of activities to keep guests of all ages entertained. Whether you're spending time with family, hosting an alumni get-together, or letting the kids blow off some steam, this dedicated space ensures there's always something to enjoy.

Convenience is key, and the home’s laundry room includes a new washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, making longer stays hassle-free.

In the fully-fenced backyard, you’ll find a private patio with an extended deck and a gas grill for cookouts. We've added a Smart TV and an exterior heater for late nights in the Fall. With no backyard neighbors and a tranquil wooded view, this space is ideal for unwinding.

Miles of walking trails are just steps from the front door and provide the perfect opportunity for an early morning jog or a leisurely night walk. A nearby park, complete with swings and a giant play system, makes this home an excellent choice for families.

We do ask that our guests do a bit of tidying before they go.

Please clean out the refrigerator. Dispose of any leftovers
-Please rinse dishes, put them in the dishwasher w/dishwashing tab, and start it
-Return all furniture to its original position.
-Clean and put the cover on the grill (if used). Please don't put the cover back on the grill until it is completely cooled.
-Leave used towels in the bathrooms and sheets in the bedrooms,
-Take out bagged trash and bring it to the trash collection area.
