The space
The property is a single-family house (built in 1998), with a 1,520 sq ft living space on a 4,000 sq ft lot size. It is a 4 bedroom (queen beds), 2.5 bath house, with an open kitchen style. It has exterior private parking for 4 vehicles parked very comfortably (and free street parking available nearby). The house has a central heating/AC controlled by a Google thermostat. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and pans, a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There is a large comfy couch with a smart TV for your comfort. A dining table sits 6 people. Access to the unit is via a personalized digital door key code to your unit.

* This house is centrally located in town, tucked away from the busy streets. Please respect our neighborhood quiet hours from 9:00 PM-7:00 AM
