About this space
Ideally located in central Anchorage just a block away from UAA/Providence Hospital. This newly renovated, gorgeous townhome boasts incredible views, lots of space, a two car garage, and convenience to start your Alaskan adventure!
The space
The space includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living room areas, and one large kitchen.
This is a 2-level townhouse. There are stairs to go up to the top level and down to the lower level.
Guest access
Guests have access to the garage. A garage door opener will be provided on the windowsill at the entrance. Please be sure to return this to the same spot at the end of your stay.

Guests do not have access to the fireplace, as it is only decorative.

This rental is as advertised. We had everything we needed, the furnishings and beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. The property is in a very good location to get to everything in Anchorage, but especially the UAA campus. We were in Anchorage for a graduation at UAA, so it was perfect. It was very windy and pretty cold when we were here and due to old windows etc, the upstairs was a bit chilly sometimes, which was the only drawback. That being said, the property comes with a garage which is available for use, so we could keep our car inside. So all things considered, I would certainly stay here again and have no problem recommending. The host was very responsive and said that they were working on getting the windows/doors replaced. When that happens, it will be 5 stars for sure.

The home is well located for sightseeing in the area. It was easy to get to major highway for day trips to Seward and the Independence Mine. Anchorage is less than 15 minutes and you'll pass grocery stores on the way. The house is as described. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

All windows are screwed closed and deck was removed. House was clean and nice and manager let us in early which was nice. Very roomy and easy access to midtown and airport.

Amazing home

Very beautiful, clean and anything you could possibly need they basically have there for you! It has two washers and dryers! Huge garage, two living rooms one upstairs and one down..

Anchorage home

The home is very pleasant, extremely clean and in spite of facing a busy road there is no noise from the street. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is huge. I have only small recommendations - it would be great to provide a hair dryer, maybe keep some of the basics like salt or sugar, and the remote control to the tv was missing the back cover, so the batteries were in the open. Otherwise great place!

Great place

Great place, beautifully decorated with plenty of room. It’s convenient to much of Anchorage and Casey was great with all communication. Also had a garage for an added bonus.

Comfortable one night stay

As a family of 5, we were looking for a comfortable one night stay in Anchorage on our way to Seward. This fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Lots of space to spread out a bit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for six!

Very comfy and extremely clean home. Easy to find and even has a garage for our motorcycle. If we come back we would definitely stay there.

Family vacation

Stayed for three nights, then went to Denali and came back to stay a few more nights. The home is exactly like the photos. Centrally located. Very nice.

Post cruise Anchorage Retreat

The house was a prefect fit for us. The kids has their own space and we had plenty of room for all of our suitcases! I really appreciated the 2 washer and 2 dryers. We did alot of laundry. Just a note to the next guests, the stand alone dryer works better when the machine isn't pushed up against the wall and air can flow through the dryer vent in the back. Otherwise, everything was great and very clean.

Scenic Alaskan Venture Home

We only used two of the three bedrooms. Had lots of room. Very nicely remodeled. Very nice location. Easy in and out. Only a couple of miles to downtown. Quiet for sleeping. Two washers & two dryers. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect for us

We stayed as a group of work colleagues/friends for an event we needed to attend nearby. This place was clean, easy to access, with lots of room for everyone to enjoy private space for sleeping and bathroom use. Two nice common areas as well. Very close to UAA and Bearstooth,

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- very close proximity to the hospital where we were taking a class but also an easy drive to the top spots in town. Unit was clean, well kept.
