Esta casa de vacaciones recientemente renovado es precioso - arriba a abajo! Cada casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 1 baño, amplia cocina de planta abierta y acogedora sala de estar. cubiertas enormes en la parte frontal de la casa con vistas a Nantucket Sound. Tranquila, muy buscado barrio en West Dennis está a sólo 5 casas a su playa privada compartida.

Las cabañas son virtualmente imágenes especulares entre sí - con muebles y detalles que están por encima y más allá de los vecinos. Fun Family Summer Getaway

My family was supposed to go to Old Orchard Beach this year and with the restrictions on visitors to Maine, from Mass, we decided to cancel that trip. We still wanted a family getaway and I stumbled upon this place on VRBO. The owner was great to deal with and the place was perfect for us. It felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk but could be seen from our deck. Would definitely consider booking here again.

Wonderful gem on the cape, perfect for families!

My wife, year and a half old daughter, and in-laws stayed with us at this property for a long weekend on the cape. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean everything was. Gorgeous hardwood floors, modern flat screen TV with built-in casting, and even a throw-back Sega Genesis!! The owner even supplied many of the beach necessities like chairs and beach toys for the kids. The location was perfect. Just down the street from the beach and only an hour away from Provincetown. Matt was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We're looking forward for the next opportunity to stay here!!

Great place, many beach toys provided

Very nice communication from the owner and a lovely house a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood and nearby town is lovely. Having a private beach was very nice, although there was so much seaweed it isn’t somewhere we’d stay again. The duplex concerned us somewhat but the two houses are connected only by a roof as there is a space in between and our walls were not shared. That was a relief upon arriving. Having to borrow/rent linens was extremely inconvenient so that should be a consideration. Although I felt the price accommodated for this, next time I’ll pay more to have that convenience provided. The owners were so kind to provide an abundance of beach toys and accessories which helped our stay immensely. Overall the house was as advertised or nicer and we had a great stay.

Walk to the beach!

I had a wonderful vacation staying at this rental with my adult children. The sleep accommodations worked well (3 bedrooms) and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Communication with the owner exceeded my expectations, he responded quickly to all of my questions. I hope to stay here again in the future!

What a wonderful time

This was such a great vacation. The cottage is perfect and the host was very helpful and personable. Just a minute walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to restaurants. The neighbor is very peaceful. The whole experience was relaxing- highly recommend!

Peaceful!

After seven months working from home, this was a wonderful get-away. We especially appreciated the peace & quiet, nothing but the sound of the waves. The owner was responsive and gave clear instructions. The cottage was lovely, well appointed, clean, and with everything we needed.

great location

We loved staying here . We have a one year old So it was nice walking back and forth to beach or when we had to change him . House was clean and well stocked with everything you need . Only thing is the carpet in 2 bedrooms . I am not a carpet person . I like all hardwood ! Other than that it was a great stay

Great getaway

We stayed here with my two young children (3 and 5) and had a great stay! The house is a 3 minute walk to the beach making it easy to walk back for lunch or just to take a break from the sun. The house had lots of games and toys and my kids loved the bunk beds. The house was better than we imagined based off the pictures and owner was super responsive before and during our stay. We will no doubt be back!

Perfect beach getaway!

My spouse, and our children (7 and 4) loved everything about this property. The layout is very well thought out, the space airy and comfortable, and the attention to detail - a hose to wipe down sandy feet, outdoor shower and shoe rack to name a few perks - were much appreciated. A quick walk to the beach, a campfire at night, and a cookout on the front deck made for the perfect long weekend. Highly recommend this property, its kind owners, and we look forward to returning!

Unbelievable Location

Our family of five stayed here for the labor day long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and its location to the beach and many activities were less than a 10 minute drive away. We are looking forward to the next time we can take some time away and go again! Matt communicated with us and answered any questions we had. Thank you Sullivan family for renting your place to us!

Practically perfect

My friend and I wanted to spend a few days in Cape Cod and prefer homes over hotels. This house is in very close walking distance to the beach and you don’t have to pay $20 to park. The home has 3 bedrooms, which we didn’t need but would be great for a family. It is in a mixed rental/residential neighborhood that was very quiet and safe feeling. The home is really cute inside and very comfortable. It is a duplex but the people on the other side were either quiet or the walls are well insulated. We never heard them. The location is good for exploring area east of Dennis all the way to P-town. I really have no complaints but maybe a suggestion—provide sheets and towels. My friend drove from NY so she could bring them but if you fly as I did that isn’t practical. I know you can order them from a service but it would be better to just provide and add a couple of bucks to your price to cover it. Overall we were extremely pleased with our rental and would (and will) do it again.

Great spot

Our family of 4 had an amazing time. We had two young kids with us and they enjoyed the children's books, puzzles and games. The location was perfect. The kids could play in the sandy driveway while we packed our beach bag. The walk to the beach is so short. We didn't even need our beach wagon. Our 3 year old was able to walk the whole way. The beach was great-quiet and calm. Fellow beach goers were very friendly. The house was clean, cute and exactly as pictured. It was our first time to West Dennis and the house is very centrally located. A quick 5-10 minute drive to everything. Our family particularly enjoyed Sundae School, Cuffy's and the Dog House. Our trip was great. We can't wait to come back.

Well maintained, lovely decorated, great location!

We stayed in unit 21 in early October. The unit is well maintained, very nicely decorated and has plenty of games and books to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen was also well equipped with almost everything there to get started. A binder with leaflets, maps etc. tells you what to do when & where. The location is awesome and even in October the private beach was a big plus, even the water was warm enough for a swim. Depending on past weather, expect driftwood and washed up seaweed and horseshoe crabs on the beach. Booking, finding and getting in/out of the unit was easy and helped by detailed instructions of Matt, the owner. Matt also responded very quick to any questions and little problems we had. Was very relaxed as we could stay longer on the last day since no-one followed us. Only downside of our trip - many restaurants and attractions were already closed for the season!

Beautiful and Clean 3 bedroom very close to the Ocean!

My family has been staying on the Cape on Columbus day weekend for a while and this place was perfect! Very clean and tons of room for your family to stay. Big open front deck and big open living room that fit everyone perfect. Kitchen fully equipped and all the beds were super comfortable. We would rent this house in the summer for sure.

Great cottage, close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay here. The cottage is perfect-very nicely decorated w/plenty of space. It’s only 5 houses from a very quaint and quiet, private, warm water beach. The owners were great and excellent communicators! They even let us check in early on day 1, which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful, clean, update, comfortable beach cottage.

Front deck has a view of the ocean and we could hear the waves. Indoors was clean, updated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a pleasant surprise to have the fire ring out back.
