3 Bedroom House w/pool, Players Club access and Golf Course view in Lely Resort.

As new owners we have added Players Club access availability for guests. We have also freshened up and added amenities for this lovely, 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, pool home on a public golf course in Lely Resort. Additionally, we just had the pool resurfaced (08/25) and installed a new pool heater (12/25). There are bikes, pack and play, and highchair, for families to use and enjoy during their visit. Falcons Glen is a small, non-gated neighborhood with a community pool and spa. Lely Resort and this home is conveniently located very near the intersection of N. Collier and Tamiami Trail (Hwy 41) that is within 15 minutes of both Marco Island and 5th Avenue, Downtown Naples, giving great access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
The property has weekly, monthly and seasonal rental availability.

We had a wonderful month long stay at this home! The host was very easy to work with and checked in on us. The home was well decorated and very clean upon arrival. The bedrooms were all generous sizes and we appreciated having a TV in each room while winding down in the evening. Bed were all comfortable. The pool was great and looked brand new. We used it almost every day so we were glad it was heated. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a top tier place to stay. You won’t be disappointed!!!

We have stayed in well over 20 villas over many years and this one was excellent , so well equipped , kitchen amenities were great , only thing we couldn’t find was a kettle , asked the mgt company and they delivered two within 12 hours , unbelievable service . Extremely homely , modern , spotlessly clean , highly recommended x

We had such a nice time with the family. House was so clean and very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were well supplied. I wish I could say I was 100% happy but we did have an issue with the pool. I love to swim and was so looking forward to using the pool everyday. Unfortunately, we had only one day out of the seven where the pool was heated. I was really bummed as every morning I would check and the water was just too cold. I have to say once they get this issue fixed the house is a gem. Hope to be back!

This VRBO exceeded our expectations! A Lovely touch was the welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival and how accessible the hosts were for any needed information. The house had three nicely sized bedrooms that were updated and warm, along with two bathrooms, perfect for our group. The open family room, kitchen, that was well equipped and stocked, along with pool ,that bordered the golf course, and use of the garage, were wonderful. Plus, it was conveniently located near Marco Island, downtown Naples and the Fort Myers airport. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe and had a community pool in walking distance from the house. We look forward to returning.

Such a great property!

This was such a great home to stay in! The home was incredibly well kept and clean. Without question, we could tell that the cleaning staff/owners care about their home. The furniture and decorations were up to date and made it feel like home. We loved the open floor-plan that flowed out to the pool deck and in-ground pool overlooking the golf course. All of the rooms seemed larger than they looked in the pictures, which provided a great space for us to spread out and relax. Being able to use the grill, the bikes and the 2-car garage was unexpected, yet very much appreciated.The pool and surrounding outdoor area were perfect for us. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The pool encased in the lanai was a big draw for us, and it was where we spent a ton of our time. According to the property manager it’s going to be even better for our next stay. The owners are having the pool resurfaced within a couple of weeks.The location of this home worked out very well for us. It took us less than 20 minutes to downtown Naples and about 15 minutes to Marco Island. The golfing options are great. It was fun to be able to watch the golfers out back. There are numerous shopping, grocery and food options close by.We all had a great trip and this home definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you for our stay, and we will absolutely be back.

We enjoyed an excellent stay in this very well equipped and refurbished property. Patrick and Shelle were very responsive, helpful and warm at all times and arranged extra sun loungers for us on request. The location is great within walking distance of the Tavern and cycling distance of the health club (membership and cycles provided). We hope to return one day, many thanks for a great stay.
