Located just 1 hour from Austin and 2 hours from Houston, this gorgeous, newly constructed facility has everything you need for an unforgettable stay, with stunning lakefront views from every room – perfect for large families, group getaways, and retreats.

The Peaceful Waters Retreat Center features 8 guest suites, a fully equipped professional kitchen, dining + lounge are, and flexible event room. These lakefront buildings feature natural earthblock construction, keeping the spaces naturally cool in the summer and cozy in the winter.

THE BUILDINGS
1. Great Room (1200 ft²)

2. Event Room (1100 ft²)
- Large open space with full bathroom – great for workshops, yoga, or gatherings

3. 4 Duplex Buildings – 8 Private Guest Suites
- Suites 1 & 2 (350 ft²) – Queen
- Suites 3 - 6 (550 ft²) King, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa + luxurious quadruple shower
- Suites 7 & 8 (700 ft²) King, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa + deluxe bathtub

Each suite has:
- Private entrance
- Full bathroom
- Porch w/adirondacks

Suites 3-8 have mini fridge & coffee/tea bar

PRIVACY & POLICIES
- You will have private access to the Retreat Center
- Staff may be onsite performing farm, ranch, and landscaping work around the property and buildings. We will always do our best to respect your privacy.
- Quiet hours: 10PM to 8AM.
- No parties without pre-approval.
- Rental agreement required (you’ll receive a link after booking)
- We treat & maintain buildings to reduce bugs, but this is the countryside – no refunds for pests
- Check-in: After 4PM – Check-out: Before 11AM. Early check-in/late checkout available for a fee (if schedule allows)

Please remember to communicate these “Ranch Rules” to your guests:
- Hot tub: Cover & buckle after use (or it gets gross)
- Doors & A/C: Keep doors closed when running A/C to avoid breaking it
- Pool: No glass in pool area
- No driving on the grass, it can damage irrigation & septic
- Garbage bags go in bins! (or critters get into them)
- Respect the property: Please treat the place like it’s your own
