The CAAMP. Located in the Ste. Genevieve County Coffman winery area this charming 2 bedroom brand new tiny home features 2 queen beds in 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 twin beds in a loft. Located directly across from the entrance to The Barn at Lone Eagle Landing and less than a half mile from Pebble Creek it makes the perfect spot for attending nearby events without the long drive home. This tiny house packs a huge punch with high demand amenities like a hot tub, gas fire pit, blackstone griddle, starlink wifi and an amazing view of the Coffman Valley.

It also makes a great landing zone if you are spending the day at local attractions like Pickle Springs and Hawn State Park. We are also less than 10 minutes from Chaumette and Charleville wineries.

Quick getaway

Tiny house was absolutely perfect for a quick getaway or even a longer stay had everything we needed except a toaster! Owners were great on getting in touch for anything needed.

The Relaxation We Needed

The property setting was perfect...private and great views. Our stay was exactly the type of relaxing getaway my husband and I were seeking to just unplug from life for a few days. We would definitely recommend it to others and would definitely stay again.

Staying at this tiny home was such a peaceful escape. From the moment I arrived, the view felt like stepping into a painting. Rolling fields stretched out endlessly, and every window opened to a calming scene of nature. I loved waking up to deer quietly grazing nearby and butterflies drifting through the yard—it felt like the world slowed down just for me.The hot tub was the highlight after long days, perfectly placed for watching the sun dip behind the trees and the sky turn gold. Even something as simple as sitting outside with a drink became a moment to breathe and reset. The stillness made it easy to just be present, and every detail of the space felt thought out with care.This home is listed exactly as it says, but being here feels even more special in person. Tranquil, cozy, and beautiful—it’s the kind of place that leaves you feeling restored.

The hosts were very welcoming and super easy to check in and out. The place was adorable and very well done. We appreciated this awesome place to enjoy time together as a family and to make a short drive over to Hawn State Park which is also amazing! We really enjoyed making breakfast on the Blackstone griddle.

This home looks exactly like the picture. It is so cute and soooo clean!!!! It was very convenient to the wedding venue I was in town for. Communication was top notch and to top it off, I lost my car key in the driveway, and they shipped it back to me. Highly recommend this property!
