Four Seasons of Romar 104W offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was beautiful and fully stocked. Could use some updates and new utensils. Just make sure you take your own hangers, none in the closets. The fishing pier attached to the condos is a big plus for us as we love to fish. Perfect for a first time staying in AL.

While this unit can use some maintenance and attention to a gnat issue in the kitchen, it was a wonderful stay. The location and fishing pier were great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the maintenance issues, all contained within the guest bedroom (non-functional bathroom door, broken dresser drawer and bad tub drainage), and gnat issue. I'd still stay here again even if these issues don't get addressed. It was one of the best vacations my family has ever had.

The pictures were a little misleading because I thought you could get to the beach from the balcony but you can’t. The gate codes were confusing because it was not given upon entry and we couldn’t get onto the pier the first night. All the gates codes were a pain trying to remember several different codes. The inside of the place was very nice and the huge bath tub was loved by my kids, but we did not love the location next to the maintenance room. They kept the door open and it was not pleasant to look at and there was a constant burning smell. The pier was cool at night.

The resort determines the setup and gate access codes, and your personalized digital guest book, sent prior to arrival, includes step-by-step instructions on how to obtain those from the security guard. We aim to make every stay as smooth as possible, and we understand that arriving at an unfamiliar resort can sometimes be a bit tricky to navigate. The photos in the listing accurately show the railing around the patio, which is there for privacy and safety. Access to the pier is available through the pool area, as shown in the aerial photos included with the condo listing. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo’s interior and that your kids loved the large bathtub! We’ll share your comments about the nearby maintenance area with resort management. We hope these few inconveniences didn’t take away from the many great aspects of your stay and that you’ll join us again for another relaxing getaway on the Emerald Coast.

Flies Everywhere

Immediately upon arrival we encountered a large number of fruit and black houseflies in the unit. Over time, the flies increased tremendously. This was reported to Beach Getaway promptly. In the first two days of our stay we killed over 100 flies. When pictures were taken of the flies and sent to Beach Getaway, they sent a man out to assess the condition. They called for exterminator to come in on Monday (we had to wait on them and let them in), but they never showed, wasting a portion of our day. They called for another exterminator on Tuesday, who we had to wait on as well, and they did their job. The cleaning crew did not notify anybody about the fly issue before we arrived and there is no doubt the flies were present. This was a full blown infestation that was completely overlooked.Beach Getaway tried to resolve the issue by offering us a different condo complex, at a different location, at an additional cost to us of 300 more dollars and no access to the fishing pier that was available to us at Four Seasons (we enjoy fishing).Beach Getaway is not recommended and the owners of the unit should be aware of the cleaning crew and Management company’s way of business.Otherwise, trip was satisfactory.

As soon as you let us know about the issue, our team was in immediate and consistent contact and we moved quickly to get pest control scheduled. In a humid, beachfront environment, these things can pop up from time to time, but we stayed on top of it and worked hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. We also offered you the option of moving to another beachfront condo. While the amenities weren’t an exact match, the alternative had its own charm with a beautiful setting at Perdido Pass and great fishing access. You chose to remain at the original condo, and we fully respected that decision while continuing to address the matter. We’re truly sorry this wasn’t the getaway you had in mind, but we hope you were still able to enjoy some of the beauty and relaxation that makes this area so special. Our goal is always to take care of our guests the best we can, and we’d love the chance to welcome y’all back for a smoother stay next time.
