CHRISTMAS AT THE BEACH !!! BEAUTIFUL VIEW !!!

GORGEOUS !!! WELCOME TO PARADISE !!!
This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo is the one you have been searching for. Join us for your well-deserved vacation and relax with the sound of waves crashing against the shore.
Our amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, fitness room, boardwalk, and the only private fishing pier in Orange Beach!

This Orange Beach condo is located on the 7th floor in a low-density complex and features breathtaking Gulf views from the large picture windows in the living room as well as from the private wrap-a-round balcony. The Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest bedroom all feature sliding glass doors to the balcony.

The master suite features a King bed, sitting area, balcony access, flat-screen TV, and private bath with dual vanities, Jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The guest suite also features balcony access, a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The kitchen is fully-equipped for any gourmet chef. We also have a full size washer and dryer for your use.
We have a wet bar including sink and wine cooler. We also feature complimentary WiFi.
We do allow for up to two vehicles with the exception of the following holidays where only ONE parking pass is allowed. No Exceptions !

Labor Day: Aug 31 to Sept 7
Boats and/or trailers are not allowed to be parked on the grounds. Cargo Carriers and bike racks attached to back of vehicles must be removed upon arrival and stored in condo.

Beach view from balcony was excellent. Condo was clean, nicely arranged, and quiet. No doors slamming, very quiet complex, seems well insulated. Parking tip: make certain your hanging parking permit is visible w/name facing out the windshield so it can be read from outside your vehicle. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed reclining furniture in living room and rocker chairs on balcony. A few minor bumps during our stay, but nothing to worry management/owner about: upon arrival, fruit flies in kitchen and a few in bathroom. We purchased a “STEM” brand plug in for the kitchen. Thought it might help, only attracted one fly to stick. Just figured maybe it was weather related, had a lot of rain and storms during our stay. Only thing that really needs repair/replacing is screen door from living room to balcony, somewhat of a hindrance to open and close and the screen was broken out of the bottom of the door frame. But it certainly didn’t ruin our vacation by any means. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo and great fresh seafood for dinners. Also the private pier is a nice perk.

We’ve stayed in several units over the years and this one was one of the coziest and homiest. A/C wasn’t working when we arrived but they worked quickly to get it repaired and it never had any issues. We were a bit disappointed that the bar ice maker had been replaced with a wine fridge. The owners were promptly available for questions and they made great suggestions on restaurants!

Beach Time

Great property, clean, everything worked. New appliances. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter, the unit has one now and I really needed a drying rack. Everything else was perfect. Had a great time.

Property was nice. We love the pier. The condo was comfortable. Needs a new front door handle, not easy to unlock. Sliding doors were a little difficult to slide. We enjoyed the balcony and the view. Thanks

The Pier Made the Difference

My husband loves to fish and having the private pier was great for him. The condo had a perfect view of the ocean and the pier. Also, it was convenient to everything we wanted to go to. The couple of things that could be improved upon-a lock with a code instead of having to keep up with small keys. And hair dryers being provided in the bathrooms. But overall, the condo and location were great.

Better than the pictures!

This property was awesome! Great location, beautiful view, huge balcony. Please note that they have a great ice maker individually and one in the fridge so don't make the mistake of buying 4 bags of ice like we did! The property was just as described and actually even better. Parking was easy. Getting to the beach was easy. If I had to change one thing it might be not having to use a key to get into the door. I was always afraid we were gonna lose it or drop it right there by the door and it fall 7 stories to the parking lot. That being said, we for sure will stay here again! Thank you!!!
