Total bedding includes a 2 Queen beds.
Bedroom #1 is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a TV, private full bath and deck access.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and shares the second full bath.
Spend a wonderful week at Sea Spray! This condominium complex offers its guests use of the outdoor pool, kiddie pool, community grills, and laundry facilities (located on the first floor of each building). Situated in Atlantic Beach, this condominium complex is conveniently located to Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle! From exploring Fort Macon to playing Putt-Putt; shopping in Morehead City to touring Historic Beaufort, you can enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer without traveling far from your home-away-from-home!

In 2025, Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. In 2026, Rents Weekly Only Saturday - Saturday.

-Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the AB check-in office to pick up 2 parking passes.
-Boat/Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
