The Rustic Chandelier provides comfort, specialty coffees and chandeliers 1 mile from downtown McKinney. Get ready to relax and enjoy this delightful 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. There are 4 new smart TVs with Spectrum streaming and many apps available. This peaceful retreat offers a master bedroom with ensuite bath, a 2nd extra large bedroom with antique queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with a trundle bed providing an extra twin bed. All perfect for a cozy night's sleep. With amenities like a full kitchen to cook complete meals, 4 new smart TVs, An office desk and chair area complete with 600 mbps internet and WIFI printer and and washer/dryer guests can feel right at home. The outdoor covered patio with comfy sofa and chairs, outdoor lighting and fan, and a table for outside dining is coming this spring. We are located near The STAR and the PGA Omni Golf course in Frisco, and DFW Airport is easy accessible.

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting family in Mckinney. Even impressed my dad which is hard to do lol He said several times how nice the place was. We enjoyed everything about the home

We had a comfortable stay at this cozy and artfully decorated home. The home has a cozy feel and the chandeliers give it a fancy flair. The beds, chairs and couches were comfortable and we were thrilled to have many Keurig options available to use. It's a place that you could spend time to unwind or use as a launching pad for time out. Thanks again for a comfortable stay!

A charming home in which we felt at home upon our arrival. Quiet, clean, and well-appointed. Little details, such as kleenex, cleaning supplies, & extra towels were really appreciated. Beds were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this gem. In town to visit family & would like to stay here for future visits. Pat was a perfect host! Barb & Bruce Holloway

I was in McKinney for a ministry event!

Loved the property! Very clean and quaint! Great experience for me and my friends!! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!! The host was very gracious and accommodating!!!

Byron Nelson Golf Weekend

This was the perfect home base for our stay in McKinney for the Byron Nelson tournament. The location was less than 10 minutes to the course, and with Pat's input, we discovered Stix Icehouse, a fun place to eat nearby. She was exceptionally responsive and welcoming, even leaving a card for our birthday boy. The house was spotless, beds super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with the most important thing - coffee! Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Just as described!

The Rustic Chandelier was pure perfection! We were visiting for a baseball tournament and booked last minute. The house was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at! We recently took a trip to Rosemary Beach, Florida where we rented a house with ZERO amenities. This cottage was quite the opposite. It had every single thing we needed and more, along with the very best host ever! I feel like she is actually my friend now! :)

Outstanding Property

This home has everything you could ever need for a short or long stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. The home itself is inviting and cozy. The host is great at communicating and sharing information. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the home feel of the house. The patio is done very well and had it not been a bit too hot for us we would have really enjoyed sitting out there. The House was very clean. Bathrooms were all stocked with everything you could need. for water pressure in the showers. Give this place a shot! It’s well worth the stay. We will certainly be returning soon.

Loved our stay!

Over the past 15 years, I've stayed in a lot vacation rentals and can say Pat was the most thoughtful and responsive host! Her place was not just clean and comfortable, but she left on lights outside and inside knowing we (group of 5 females and a baby) would be arriving late. The home was dcorated nicely and felt like a home, not a sparsely furnished rental. I highly recommend Pat's place and will be bookmarking it for future trips to Dallas. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it appeared fully stocked. The table was large enough for us to play a board game. Everyone said they slept well!

Perfect location centrally located

Wonderful! We were coming to town to visit friends and take in some attractions (Southfork Ranch for mom & Legoland for our 8-year-old). A friend also came and stayed with us. First - the beds! OMG super comfy, I felt like a princess, they were high and filled with layers of softness. We never used the little room, we managed to sleep with three of us. Despite it being a queen, we all slept great. Our friend reported the same, about how comfy the bed was and also how high it was. There are games & books which our little found right away as well as a secret little nook under the stairs. We spent the mornings in the outdoor patio area and drank coffee. We were in the middle of all the areas we wanted to see. Pat was wonderful and responsive. She checked on us and left a sweet note. We told our friends who live in the area about the place in the event they need to suggest a place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.
