I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The location was amazing, as we were able to walk over to the ski lifts in about 5 minutes or so and ski all day. Very clean, cozy and overall a wonderful stay.

Great location - walk to slopes

The Ski Time Square condo was in a great spot to walk right over to the base area - we were even able to use the bunny hill magic carpet to aid with the walk home at the end of a long day on the slopes!

Perfect location!

The property is located within walking distance to the gondola base and the bus stop to downtown. The condo was clean, renovated, and very nice! It had everything we needed and some. We will definitely be returning.

Great spot for mountain access

Overall, the property is a great location and was the perfect amount of space for 5 of us. There's the queen, sofa pull out and air mattress to accommodate up to 6. The second 1/2 bath in the loft was key for making our stay logistically great. Perfectly adequate spot and we would certainly stay here again.

Family Ski Trip

Location is amazing! Condo is larger than it looks online. Parking is a hassle but luckily we had friends on the other side of the mountain who had parking, just a hassle for loading/ unloading. Would definitely stay here again though! Awesome trip!

Great condo for a couple!

Lovely little condo with an amazing location. The place is spotless, cozy, well-appointed, and amazingly close to the mountain. Despite that, I only gave the condo four stars. I shared the condo with a friend, as we were both riding STB GRVL. He took the bed; I took the pull-out couch. The bed was great; the pull-out was torturous. Maybe kids would sleep well on it, but not this 200 lb dude. In closing, this would be ideal for a couple! But, if anyone older than 15 needs to sleep on the couch, it might be less ideal.

Great place to stay for ski trip!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying here for our ski trip. More than enough room for two people. Only a five minute walk to the base of the mountain and very easy to access the Steamboat bus system. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked too. Our only complaint was that the heating system made the condo very dry (which is obviously no one’s fault). We were glad to have a travel humidifier, and again, the dryness was our only complaint. Overall a great place to stay for skiing at Steamboat!

No hot water

Unfortunately there was no hot water at the property. I let it run for a bit in hopes that it would warm up, but it never did.

All worked well - parking confusing

This unit was fine and as described. As another reviewer stated, the building and unit are a little old. My issue was that there was no parking included with the condo and I didn't know that until I got final check-in information the week before my stay. The owner, and most everyone at Steamboat, just kept pointing to the website which was unhelpful and inaccurate. If you drive and need overnight parking, you will have to pay $40-50/night and need to look for Gondola Square garage next to the transit depot.

Great location

Nice unit with a great location within walking distance to the slopes. Kitchen had pans in good shape (unusual in a rental), toaster, and lots of utensils etc. Much better than many rentals. It was nice to hang out in the living room and watch TV with a fire in the fireplace. Bedroom was roomy so so there was room to spread out all the ski clothing. It also had a good sized dresser. Was nice to have a half bath in the loft and a full bath on the main floor.

convenient and cozy

Great loft for a couple or solo traveler. 5 minute walk to the base. Great South face for plenty of sunlight. Well stocked kitchen.

Kristin was very communicative and made it very easy.

Close walk to ski slopes, ski lockers very convenient and covered parking was great since it snowed over a foot. Building is a little dated, but unit was comfortable. Sofa bed not the best.

Cute condo; missing a few minor touches

Overall, for the reasonable price, this condo worked for us during our short visit. It was cute and clean. It is also close to the lifts and gondola - not ski-in, ski-out, but just a few minutes walk. Our kids, ages 9.5 and 11.5, complained a little bit about the walk, but it was manageable. It's also just a few minutes drive to downtown Steamboat, which was also very convenient. There were a few missing minor details that, for me, would have increased my enjoyment and comfort, I believe, beyond the effort it would have taken to provide them. I like being provided with a new kitchen sponge, mini soaps and shampoo/conditioner and basic condiments, such as salt, sugar and olive oil. I guess I am used to being provided with at least these items at most places we stay these days, and not having them creates an inconvenience, as then we have to go purchase them, which we did. We left the condo with a couple of new sponges and salt, so at least the next tenants had those. :) The other minor inconveniences were that the wifi was iffy at times and the unit was a little bit dark around the kitchen and dining areas. This lighting seems like it would be easy to improve, while paying dividends, as it was annoying to cook in the relative darkness. They also told us there would be two keys to the unit, but there was only one - apparently, the last tenant lost one of the keys - but this was not a significant issue for us. In the end, these were first-world problems - we still enjoyed our short stay.

Comfy Condo in Great Location

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo for spring break. It was the perfect size for us - as we had plenty of space to spread out and relax by the fire. Having the extra 1/2 bath was a nice bonus. The location is good and only requires a short walk to the lifts/gondola square. We cooked and ate in the condo at least one meal every day. Other times, we could walk to Slopeside Grill or the other restaurants in gondola square. We all enjoyed the hot tub. We got a lot of snow during our stay, so having the underground parking was great. Although everything is so conveniently located to the condo, we really didn't need to access our vehicle much during our stay. The owners were extremely easy to work with and the entire process was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this unit.

Very nice location. Great for a couple. There is only one bowl, 4 forks, no big sauce pans, so kitchen supplies could use an upgrade. It was very dark, especially in the kitchen, and a few lamps would be useful, too,

Comfy Condo in Great Location!

My wife and I brought our 3 young boys to Steamboat for their spring break and the condo was perfect for us. We cooked and ate in a couple nights and walked over to the Slopeside grill for dinner other nights. The condo was clean, comfortable and had room to relax, play board games by the fire and for sleeping (pullout sofa and cot for kids). We could easily walk with ski equipment to the gondola each day (including our 6 yr old carrying his own skis). Our boys loved the hot tubs as well.

We enjoyed our stay!!!

Because I am a local I had MANY choices of where to stay and a lot of time to research my "Staycation". I feel like I am a good resource for a review. This was a "girls" vacation and This condo was cute and comfy. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Gondola. We never had to start the car because everything we wanted to do was RIGHT there. If you want to go downtown the free city bus will whisk you right to your destination. Kristin charges a reasonable price and was very accomodating and helpful throughout our stay. You will not regret choosing this condo for your vacation! Thanks Kristin!
