This place is amazing! We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The house is super clean and spacious and had a great view of the Rainbow River!! The location is beautiful. The paddle boards were perfect. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed! I will definitely stay here again. You have easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and most of all easy access to the Rainbow River!The Host is also very pleasant to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had before during and after our trip!Definitely 5 stars all the way!

This was by far one of my favorite VRBO rentals! It was not only in a great location, right on the river, close to the springs, and supermarkets, it was so unique and spacious. Normally I bring blankets and towels because most rentals have the bare minimum but they had everything you can imagine. It felt like a home away from home. We grilled every night enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. Great rental!!

Very nice, comfortable set up for a small group or family. It was close to everything that we needed & wanted …including the city beach. Lots of water toys were available if you want to haul them out. We decided to rent for the kayak & tubing events, just easier. The communication with the host was quick & helpful. I highly recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable place!

This house was perfect. Beautiful views, great location, very clean. A group of friends joined me for a birthday trip and we had a blast. The loft with the huge couch was a nice touch!

Family Fun at the Rainbow River

To begin with, communication with the owner is outstanding! Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The house is large enough for a big family! It was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is located close to Rainbow Springs Park. The kids enjoyed the indoor basketball game and the Pac man machine. The hot tub was a hit for both the kids and adults! I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful family time!!!

My family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for my nieces graduation from UF and stayed for a few nights to celebrate and enjoy some leisure and water activities. The house slept all 9 of us comfortably and we were able to gather around to have breakfast and lunches together. The kitchen is well stocked and with 3 bathrooms we all had our own privacy. The water toys were awesome! We kayaked and paddleboarded in the backyard and sat on the dock in the shade and enjoyed the views!! I would recommend this place to all and would love to come back! Daniel was fabulous to communicate with. Very prompt and friendly.

Better than expected!

This is a great property with a beautiful view of the river. We stayed here with friends and the space was great as it allowed us to be separate but together. :) Daniel was very responsive. The house was very well equipped. We had brought all our own toys for the river, but the house had even better stuff all in excellent shape. Great stay, highly recommend.

Loved our stay!

We spent our days on the river and felt very cozy at the house for our mornings and evenings. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And I appreciated the hosts checking in the day we areived to make sure everything went smoothly upon arrival. Thank you!!

Golf Trip

We stayed the weekend for a golf trip. Great location with a wonderful view. The only thing I can say negative, is that I wish there was a bigger TV in the living area. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here if you come to Dunnellon.

Disappointed

Property is mostly what hosts describe it to be only in our case we had to experience sharing the kitchen and dining area with many roaches and ants. There is a scary Halloweenish element to the house which looked staged although host denied that. This scary closet under the stairs frightened my three young adult daughters who arrived there at night and before us. They waited for an hour outside in driveway until we got there. The host did send pest control guy a as soon as he could but then we had to deal with dead and dying roaches in cabinets on the floor and in the dishwasher. It helped but even on the last day we had to clear plates from the table that were swarmed with ants and we saw another live roach come out from the stove and counter crack. As soon as you bring out food to prepare, the hungry roaches appear. It was not enjoyable. We rely on the kitchen feature to save money on dining. In this case, we had eaten out most of the time and spent hundreds more than we anticipated with our family of six. Host offered a $100 refund but we thought that it would be more fair for them to comp one nights stay plus taxes or fees . This made host accuse us of manufacturing complaints to get a refund. Then they came back with wanting to charge me for a 40 minute late checkout fee. The area is beautiful and if it weren’t for the scare and the bugs, we may have enjoyed our vacation. We were not compensated with the one night refund. Very disappointed.

Wonderful home! Very spacious, clean, comfortable, and everything you need is there for you.

End of the Rainbow

This was my first VRBO, i found all the photos and descriptions of the VRBO to be true if not better in reality. The house was clean and and well maintained. The owners were accommodating to any requests and very informative about the area. We hope to return next year!

Comfortable home with a great view

We were 4 guys having a reunion. We found the home spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The deck off of the living room was a great hang out space overlooking a park and the Rainbow River. We would go there again.
