Preciosa casa victoriana de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos ubicada en el centro de Boulder: ¡camina hasta Pearl Street o quédate y disfruta del santuario del patio trasero!

Todas las 3 habitaciones ofrecen una cama de matrimonio con armario y armario para que pueda instalarse. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para hacer una deliciosa comida casera, las camas están hechas con sábanas suaves y los baños están equipados con toallas y jabones.

Hay mucho estacionamiento en la calle además del camino de entrada, pero realmente no es necesario un automóvil, ya que puede tomar el autobús RTD directamente desde el aeropuerto hasta una parada del centro a solo unas cuadras de la casa.

Spruce Pool está a sólo una cuadra de distancia por lo que los niños pueden chapotear durante los calurosos días de verano! También hay 3 cruceros disponibles si desea pasear por los numerosos senderos para bicicletas y el centro de la ciudad. También hay un paquete y jugar (no hay sábanas) en la casa por lo que no es necesario preocuparse por cargar que con usted :)
Los perros son bienvenidos con una puerta de doggie, camas de perro y un patio cercado!

Such a charming home with wonderful living space. We had a beautiful holiday stay! The living space worked out great. Backyard completely fenced, and the pups felt right at home. Plus walked to all the shops on Pearl. Great location. The host was also available and went out of her way to help us. We will be back.

We had a great time at this cozy and historic home. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and full of cool homes and unique garden yards. We really enjoyed strolling around and walking to nearby shops and restaurants. It was a great base for visiting CU for a football game.

Great venue for our celebration!

We had a great time celebrating! The house and backyard were perfect size and comfortable enough for everyone. Being close to town and trails were great for those visiting from out of town.

Best stay ever!

We had everything we needed…walking distance to Pearl Street, easy parking, awesome communications, a fantastic house, great amenities, welcome wine, access to everything in the house, comfortable beds, an amazing enclosed back yard…it was perfect for two families including an infant and an au pair! So much stipulated was available to us in the house, and we were trusted with it. Thank you

Great House, Property and Location !

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute Victorian house that is close to Pearl Street. The house inside is lovely with the double bonus of a cute front porch to enjoy a cool drink and a very pretty backyard for a fun barbeque. The house was well supplied, clean and just extra comfortable. Liz , the owner, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We stayed for 2 weeks which is a while to be away from home and yet, we were comfortable to ‘be in and come back’ to this house every day during our time in Boulder. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great backyard

The host was very easy to contact and always responded immediately. We loved the quiet backyard and utilized the patio/deck every day! Loved how close it was to Pearl street, yet away from traffic. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the espresso machine was an added bonus!

Amazing Property!

This is a fantastic property! It’s a beautiful home with wonderful outdoor spaces and loads of charm. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and sites. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely recommend staying here!

Family Wedding

Super cute home, lovely backyard with plenty of seating for family to enjoy outdoors. Convenient location. Not that we were spending any time watching TV but if you want to, it is a small TV with minimal viewing area. We were a little shocked that the one bedroom linen was full of dog hair, that was a little gross! Listing stated that there was air conditioning and unfortunately that was not true, it is a swamp cooler which normally may have been sufficient except that in damp weather it is pretty useless. Honestly the listing stating A/C was one of the reasons I rented the home, so I was very disappointed. Liz responded to my issues quickly which I appreciated and righted the linen issue. Home should truly be listed as sleeps 6 maybe 7. 7th is on a couch and 8 is on an air mattress. All and all the home is darling for 6 coupled adults and not in hot weather. We really did enjoy our stay just want others to have a better idea of what to expect.

Great location, dog friendly

This home is the perfect blend of character with just enough updates to make it perfectly comfortable! Check in was easy and she even texted me to let me know when the home was ready! Detailed instructions helped us the navigate the home and had wonderful suggestions for dog friendly restaurants. The enclosed yard is just awesome for playing and pottying! The bench seats and conversation style chairs are perfect for cozy evenings and there are even dog toys! The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge is new! We had everything we could have needed! The owner is also very responsive and helped us immediately with the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Charming home in Boulder

This home is in the perfect location to explore Boulder. It is well stocked with everything you need including good coffee. We utilized the bikes to get around town. Liz was responsive to all of our questions. Overall it was a perfect stay

Family wedding

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my daughters wedding. Liz’s house was perfect for the bridesmaids to prep the morning of the wedding and also we hosted a brunch the day after the wedding. Liz was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at her home.

Great stay in the Whittier neighborhood

Our stay in this cute house in Boulder could not have been more perfect for our family during my son’s wedding weekend festivities. The kitchen was fully stocked and the backyard was beautiful. Another son, his wife and the grandkids stayed upstairs. It was so nice to have a portable crib and baby gate for them. Lots of room for them to play and explore too. We loved the front porch, quiet neighborhood and enjoyed walks to the park and Pearl street as well. Liz was very responsive to our questions and requests, allowing us to bring our gear early and check out a little late. Highly recommend this house for your stay!

Outdoor Space is a Plus

This is a nice property for a backyard event. We held a small pre-wedding gathering for family and friends in the backyard/patio. There is plenty of seating and mingling space which provided a great spot for cocktails and casual conversation prior to dinner on Pearl Street.

Beautiful Boulder

My family enjoyed our stay, especially usuing the outdoor seating. It is a great location, walking distance to many stores and restuarants. The only issue we had was cooling the house. The cooling system is only upstairs and in 90 degree heat the downstairs was quite warm. I'm sure this is only an issue in August. Otherwise ii is a charming, comfortable home.

Great stay!

The house was very comfortable and clean! Great location into town. We could walk everywhere. The backyard was private and beautiful. It was perfect for our group of friends. We would definitely stay here again!

I have been renting my home since 2010 and am overwhelmed by the positive response! The home offers an inviting feeling and the backyard is perfect for BBQs in the summertime. In the winter enjoy the pellet stove and great conversation in the sitting room just next to the media/library room.

Whether you are on the rocking chairs on the front porch, curled up with a book in the window bench, firing up the grill in the backyard or running a bubble bath in one of the 2 full bathrooms you are never far from all the downtown Boulder has to offer - just 3 blocks away and you will find yourself on Pearl Street with unlimited restaurants, shops, spa's and services. Incredible hiking at Mt. Sanitas and Chautaqua is just minutes away!
