Niceville FL Charming 2-bedroom house with WiFi, AC OUTDOOR kitchen and LR

We’re sorry to hear this guest was disappointed with their stay\. We take cleanliness very seriously and have our property professionally treated on a regular monthly pest\-control schedule\. Neither our housekeeping team nor previous guests have reported any roach issues before or after this stay\. Unfortunately, our experience with this reservation was also disappointing\. The guests brought three dogs, despite our house rules regarding pets\. After checkout, we found pet urine and feces on the furniture and bedding, along with multiple areas of dog waste throughout the property\. Our pet policy asks that furniture and beds be protected with provided covers, but those instructions were not followed, resulting in extensive additional cleaning\. We also discovered the air conditioner had been set to 60°F for an extended period, causing the system to freeze, which required additional attention before we could prepare the home for our next guests\. We strive to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable home and appreciate those who treat it with the same care and respect we do.

It was lovely having you as our guest. Thank you so much for respecting our property. Any host would be proud to have you as a GUEST. Thank you again we look forward to having you come back and remember the beach awaits you.
