This luxurious brand new villa is nestled in the Heart of Hocking Hills overlooking Adamina Canyon. Experience a Colorado mountain villa right here in Ohio, while enjoying 100 acres of private serenity, vistas & picturesque landscape. With exceptional amenities such as 2 overlook decks, a 7-person hot tub, outdoor dining with motorized bay screens & fans, a propane fire bowl, along with plenty of indoor living space! This Villa offers 4 free parking spots with extra shared parking if needed!

$150 first pet • $100 each additional pet (non-refundable)
Please disclose pets when booking. Undisclosed pets: $200 non-refundable fee.

-Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 11:00 AM (unless paid for via guest portal)
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
-Please flush only toilet paper (no wipes, tampons, etc.)
-Do not use the wood counters as cutting boards – clean only with the provided solution
-Always turn off propane when not in use
-Keep the hot-tub cover on when not in use
-Return all furniture to its original place before checkout
-Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, for any violation of these rules.
-Guests are fully responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay.
-Host is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings.

Great Hocking Hills Experience

The building and location were beautiful! The veranda with automatic shades and roof was our favorite place to hangout during our stay. The staff were also a responsive and friendly when we had questions.

Beautiful property

The property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. I would have rated this stay a 10 however there are no closets to hang your clothing, and the bathrooms could use hooks to hang your towels and robes.

Off to College

4 dads and 4 sons looking to spend one last weekend together before our boys go off to college. We chose Adamina Canyon and we were not disappointed. The house was perfect and the host was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Everything they said that would be provided was, even the robes which was an extra comfort!The communication was wonderful, only had one question while at the property and it was answered within minutes!Prime location to all the hiking and tourist spots along with a grocery store.The beds were very comfortable and clean.The deck space was used alot even when it rained, due to the curtain walls. We will definitely be back, and will be recommending to friends!!

Awesome looking house with some pact challenges!

The house at Southwest was absolutely gorgeous with great outdoor space overlooking a beautiful canyon. The host Austin, was also wonderful and very attentive. He has his work cut out for him. However, as the house has no closets whatsoever, and the air conditioning is not sufficient for the top floor. The main floor and the downstairs were freezing while they’re upstairs bedrooms, which are in the Apex of the roof were very hot. So I cannot give this house the highest rating.

Beautiful property. Enough room for our entire group! Smells new/good. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on everything is the hot tub wasn’t really hot, more like bath water warm, which was slightly disappointing as this was a main selling point for our group.
