Newly remodeled, cozy, contemporary, beautiful, and bright daylight basement suite in the elegant Laurelhurst historic James Dougan home. Built in 1922. Walking distance to Hawthorne, Belmont, hundreds of restaurants and shops. Queen bed + convertible sleeper sofa, kitchenette shared with suite across hall. "Absolutely recommend this place! 10 mins to Downtown. 15 mins to the Airport. We are Superhosts with Airbnb and take great pride in providing a safe, comfortable, friendly, clean, and pleasant experience to all our guests. We've hosted guests from around the world and have only received excellent reviews. We know you'll love this suite. We live upstairs, but this is a separate unit, secured from the rest of the house, with your own private entrance. The kitchen is shared with another suite across the hall.

As you wish. We love meeting all of our guests, but give you all the privacy you want during your stay. We always check in to make sure everything is comfortable and are a phone call/text away if you have any issues or concerns. Need cold medicine? We got ya covered.

Historic Laurelhurst. Big trees, larger lots and homes. A block from beautiful Laurelhurst Park. A few minutes walk to food carts, restaurants, shops, gelato, and so much more! Easy access to freeway (I-84) and 10 mins to downtown or airport.

Ample street parking. Bus stop one block away. Walking distance to numerous sites.

Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
This is one of three private suites in the half-light first floor of a large home.
The suite is private, separate, and secured from others.
Two dogs and a cat live on the property. They are secured in their own yard.

We offer early check-in or check-out for $15.
E-bikes are available for rent at a rate of $0.15/minute and with a liability waiver.
1. Absolutely no parties or events. If a party or event does occur, the reservation will be cancelled immediately, and the guests will be required to leave the property.
2. No unauthorized guests. The number of guests identified by the booker must be accurate. Unauthorized guests will be required to leave the property. No non-guest visitors during quiet hours.
3. Absolutely no smoking or vaping, no illegal drugs, and no firearms of any kind on the property.
4. The backyard is private and not available to guests. Our dogs have free access to the backyard at all times. Do not attempt to enter the backyard at any time or for any reason.
5. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before booking. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 required for all pets. Only one pet per room. Pets are not to be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on the furnaiture, including the bed. No pets over 50lbs.
