Perched on top of a sun-drenched, grassy knoll is The Floy, a 330 SQ FT. tiny cabin that is just a stone's throw away from the Elk River's edge. This custom-built cabin has been thoughtfully designed and curated to exude a serene, modern-farm house feel that will have you relaxed in no time!
Your own private patio provides a BBQ gas grill, seating for two and a smokeless fire-pit stocked with fire starters, lighter and wood. Additional firewood is provided at the game area.
Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchenette, offering a very spacious sink, mini fridge with freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and hot plate cook top for your cooking needs. Coffee pods, sugar, creamer, salt, and pepper as well as BBQ seasonings and olive oil are provided.
The bedroom is outfitted with a cozy king size bed, luggage and clothing storage, smart TV, portable fan and remote-control blackout blinds for your added comfort.
