"The Farmhouse” at Mimosa Riverside Ranch

Welcome to the Mimosa Riverside Ranch on the Elk River in Noel, Missouri, a 15 acre country paradise ideal for family vacations, weekend getaways, work retreats, family reunions, weddings, and other events. Located behind a rustic gate at the end of a secluded dirt road, and with an enormous river front beach, Mimosa Riverside Ranch is truly an Ozarks Oasis. As you enter the property, you’ll find a small orchard on the front lawn with apple trees, pear trees, peach trees, blackberries, blueberries, honeysuckle, and more. Just beyond the orchard is a custom build brick fire pit, and a covered common area with hammocks, ample seating, a smaller fire pit all overlooking the beautiful Elk River.

The Farmhouse is a two bedroom, two bathroom home that sleeps up to 12 guests. The master suite is located on the second level, and has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a living room area equipped with a 55” flat screen TV, DVD player, and electric fireplace. The couch is a sleeper sofa with a pull out queen size bed. The down stairs bedroom includes 2 queen beds, & a queen over queen bunk bed , a 55” flat screen TV, and DVD player.

***Please Note***
We'd love to host you at The Farmhouse! We have another unit on our 5 acre property that is next door to The Farmhouse. It is called "Paddlers Pass" It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath should you need additional space you can rent it also.
Tents, campers, RVs, generators are not permitted.

Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 per reservation. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times if there are other renters next door. Please use the supplied bags to clean up any waste your pet has left in the yard &/or on the grounds. A $100 cleaning charge will be applied if the waste is not removed prior to your departure. Pets are welcome inside the home but are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Please use the provided cleaning supplies to clean up any dog hair before you leave. A $100 cleaning charge will be applied if excessive dog hair, &/or mess is left within the house.

Clean, comfortable River house!

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and thoughtful. Tara was great to work with. We did an 8 mile float from Big Elk and we were able to stop at the house for lunch, which was so nice! We will definitely return.

Quick Vacation

This house was wonderful! Easy access to Elk River, very clean, lots of space to spread out and owner was wonderful to work with. We have stayed in a few places on Elk River and to be honest, we won't go back. But this home was a gem! We'd like to just keep it our little secret so we can return whenever we want, but the house and owners deserve a 5 star review! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Tara is a great hostess. We stayed at Paddlers Pass previously and it was wonderful.The Farmhouse was just as wonderful. Would recommend to anyone. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, right on the water and a friendly peacock. We had a fabulous time! TY Tara!

Fun In The Sun ☀️

This property was amazing and was in the perfect location. We had a great time lounging all day by the water & cooking meals in the amazing kitchen! We enjoyed our coffee on the deck & it had an amazing view! We had the best time!! Did I mention there was a coffee bar!!!! It was the best place, we had a great time, & will rent this place again for our annual girls retreat!

A piece of Heaven

the property was exactly as described. we are 8 ladies who take an annual trip together. We had a lot of privacy since it was on acreage. The owner left us a lot of little extras which we truly appreciated. It was directly on the river and we spent our time there. Two of the ladies want to go back and take their families and will request to stay here again. We saw eagles, blue herons, raccoons, hundreds of butterflies and fireflies. Truly a great place to rest and relax or be active and go-go. It had a large deck overlooking the river with nice deck furniture. thank you Tara!
