This newly remodeled oversized family river house in Parker Arizona offers the ultimate escape to enjoy the best of the Colorado River. Located within the exclusive subdivision of Rio Lindo Shores Community, this home provides guests with direct access to the water with multiple private docks right outside your front door. Enjoy the secluded swim area adjacent to the docks with your Lilly Pad or your favorite float toys. The HOA Private Boat Launch Ramp is free to use for guests and conveniently located a few steps away from your driveway! No need to ever go to the public boat ramp! If you have jet skis? No problem, this home is equipped with 2 oversized (3 seater) Wave Armor Jet Ski Floats (see pics) waiting for you! Worried about where to park your trailer? No problem! Plenty of parking with the RV Garage plus and additional oversized 2 car garage, and large driveway too. Cocktails or Food? This home is a short walk to either Foxes Floating Bar with constant live entertainment, or the World-Famous Sundance Saloon. Worried about noise? We got you covered. Double pane windows keep the noise out and the HVAC cold!

Lily pad and other items are available for your enjoyment. Please lock up when not in use.
Please do not block the cabanas. There is plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and a new side spot. Laundry is only available to guests staying 5 days or more. Guests staying 5 days or more receive a mid-stay light clean and laundry service.
Please do not take cushioned patio furniture on to the dock. Cushions blow away quickly. There are cameras on the dock for your safety and ours.

The Space
This absolutely stunning home has panoramic views from it's 90+ feet of frontage and the multiple 2nd floor balconies. This is a one-of-a-kind home. Don't ever worry about which of the 5 bedrooms to pick as ALL of them have fantastic river front views!! As for sharing bathrooms, we got your cover, this 5000 sq ft home has 5 bathrooms! Bringing kids with you? We love kids! Playrooms and eating areas are set up for Kids and Adults to enjoy either together or separately. Pool Table and Bar area on one side for Adults and Videos Games / TV's and couches across the 1st floor for the kids to enjoy. We even have 2 separate dining areas. Note: This home was recently launched into the AirBNB program by one of Parker's and most experienced and recognized vacation rental hosts (Brant). As a Super Host, Brant has over 6 years of experience hosting vacation rentals. Rest assured, this home will exceed your expectations.
