This home is a fully renovated 2-story 4 bedroom house, approx 2,300sq ft. It sleeps 10 with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The gorgeously remodeled kitchen boasts hand hewn beams harvested from the property during the remodel, quartz countertops, new appliances and is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking a gourmet meal for you and your family.

These bedrooms shared a full bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub.
*Please note that this set up is a traditional farmhouse style with no en-suite bathrooms.

Dining room:
This room boasts a 10ft long custom farmhouse table that seats 10 comfortably.

Family room:
Relax in front of the wood burning stone fireplace on our sectional sofa. We have a smart TV if you'd like to catch up on your favorite shows or movies.

Sitting room/Library:
Our sitting room is also known as the “library”. Here you can enjoy the views of the pond, sit down with your morning coffee or grab a book from our curated selection to read in your downtime. We have hand selected books that are important to the heritage of the property and town, classic novel and poetry works, as well as books representing the essence of “The Sanctuary @ Fiddlehead”. These touch on everything from nature and yoga to self reflection and photography.

Front porch & outdoor fireplace:
The front porch is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine, as it overlooks the pond. Complete with a porch swing and tables for sitting down and relaxing.
Off the porch is an outdoor stone wood burning fireplace. This fireplace can crank out some impressive fires with little effort due to its construction. This has been a favorite gathering spot on chilly nights and great for roasting s’mores.

THE GROUNDS:
Other than the event space on the other end of the property, you will basically have all 49 acres to explore.
The stream fed pond is a serene place to relax and it’s almost magical how it changes from dawn to dusk each day. Our pond is stock with rainbow trout and brim. Our favorite is to grab a chair and sit out on the pond deck and stargaze on clear nights, listening to the rush of stream water flowing into the pond and the sounds of nature all around us.
Behind the pond gazebo, hides a Labyrinth which marks the entrance to our walking/hiking trail. This trail follows the stream with cascading (small) waterfalls off to the right.
