3-bedroom house with Solar Energy, Water cistern, AC, and high speed internet.

Welcome to our beautiful house in Caguas, where you will enjoy the mountain views and nature sounds. The house is equipped with solar energy system, water cistern, A/C unit in each room, high speed internet, laundry with washer/dryer.

The house offers 3 bedrooms and a TV room. Kitchen, dining and living room. 3 full bathrooms. A terrace and deck overlooking the mountains. Very safe neighborhood tucked in the mountains. Still close to center, stores and restaurants. The house is about 40 min/ 24 miles from San Juan airport and 15 minutes from the center of Caguas.
Some of the amenities provided include hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, paper towel, toilet paper , dish soap, and a dish sponge. While we make sure to provide you with the essentials, please note that we do not offer unlimited disposable amenities. 1 bath towel per guest and beach towels. It is your responsibility to review the services we provide and stock with anything else you may need for your stay. Gas for the grill is provided.
Because coffee is important to us, we provide a small bag of coffee grounds for your first cup in the morning.
The house is in the countryside, and you can find insects, mosquitoes, ants, domestic animals (roosters, cats, dogs), among others around the property.
The house is on a hill and parts of the roads leading to the home are narrow and steep but drivable with a regular car, a truck or 4 WD isn’t necessary.
Detailed information on how to arrive to the house will be provided along with phone numbers you could call in case you miss a turn :)

House Manual/Rules:
- No smoking, no vaping.
- No parties or events allowed.
- Turn off AC units if you are going to be out for most of the day.
- Please leave the house neat and free of rubbish on your departure to avoid being charge an extra fee.
- Wash dishes after use.
-Please discard food waste and clean grill after use accordingly to maintain the control of pests, insects, and malodor.
- No drinks and no sitting on the pool table, cover back when done.
- Take trash out to large black bin by the laundry room.
- No extra guests allowed.

In the pantry cabinet you will find a first aid kit, umbrella, flash light and fire extinguisher.

Parking: Feel free to park top or lower level. The main entrance to the house is on the top level. If you drive a low car, be advised that the underside of the car may rub the ground as you enter the top level garage.
