Esta acogedora y auténtica casa puertorriqueña se encuentra en una comunidad acogedora con excelentes vecinos, ubicada a 16 minutos del aeropuerto internacional Luis Muñoz Marín, a 17 minutos de la playa de Isla Verde (la mejor playa de Puerto Rico), a 15 minutos del centro comercial de San Juan, y a poca distancia de la comida. El barrio es muy seguro y la casa está segura. Equipado con todo lo que necesita, desde una cocina totalmente operativa, camas cómodas completamente nuevas y nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado.

We had a pleasant stay at this 2-bedroom home in San Juan. The location is excellent very close to the airport and conveniently located near many places, making it easy to get around.The home offers two nice bathrooms, and we loved the beautiful natural light in the common bathroom. The kitchen is very accessible and well equipped with all the basic amenities needed during the stay. The laundry unit was very nice and convenient. The separate carport was a great feature, although we did have a little trouble closing the gate with the remote at times.The home is located in a generally quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which we really enjoyed. For those who prefer airflow from ceiling fans, it’s helpful to note that the bedrooms do not have them. The living room fan was way too slow, and after informing the property management, a pedestal fan and a floor fan were provided. In one bedroom, the AC airflow direction seemed slightly off, and the AC in the bedroom with the attached bathroom cooled a little less compared to the other room. We informed property management about this but did not receive a response during our stay. The common bathroom ceiling area near the top, where the beautiful natural light comes in, needs cleaning. The home does not have a dishwasher, which is something to keep in mind for longer stays.Overall, this is a comfortable, well-located home with good amenities, and we enjoyed our time.

The house is meticulous well maintained. It has all the appliances and kitchen accessories necessary to prepare all types of meals. It has sufficient space in the driveway to park 2 cars and secure them with a locked gate. The location of the house is well within a short driving distance of many beaches, shopping centers, San Juan and many other attractions and activities. I recommend this house for anyone who is interested in renting an Air B&B in Puerto Rico. Finally, the owners are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with.

A peaceful stay

We were very happy with the house (simple, clean, quiet place) in a residential area. The owners immediately responded with any questions that I had, and it was close to major highways and airport. Would definitely rent from them again! 5☆ people!

San Juan Stay

We enjoyed at our stay at this cozy house! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Everything that was just as described and the hospitality was even better. The property was very clean and well furnished. Would highly recommend!

Amazing

The home was very clean exactly was was shown on the ad. Had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Neighbors We’re very nice and welcoming. The host Kerryann was wonderful very attentive and got in touch with us to make sure we were good checking in and out of her wonderful home. Thank you so much we will be back soon

Good house to rent in San Juan

The property is clean and comes with the basic amenities required. The property owners were very forthcoming with all the information and did accommodate our request for an early check in.

Quiet neighborhood

We arrived to PR early in the morning and were able to check in early to the rental home. The home is about 20 minutes from the airport. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival to the rental we found a super clean place. The home had the a/c on and the temp was comfortable upon arrival. We where able to relax and sleep every night(10 nights) with no worries. We had no problem with anything or any one. Good place great price.

Quiet, authentic San Juan neighborhood house

This is a quiet and very functional/comfortable older house in what seems to be a typical San Juan neighborhood, near the Veterans Hospital. The neighborhood street itself is very quiet and seemed safe. This is a location where either a rental car or liberal use of Uber would be easiest, as it is farther away from most of the San Juan attractions, most restaurants/shops and neighborhoods that are generally visited. We did not explore public transportation due to our limited time in San Juan. We were able to get requested information easily from the owner-hosts, who were also very responsive when we asked for any communication . As a couple traveling with our adult son, this was a great set-up compared to getting two hotel rooms, so we appreciated this option!

My family and I had a great experience staying at this property. House was very clean and spacious and had everything at your disposition. If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood, that’s the Place for you. It was also close to everything. When we first got there, we had some minor issues which were resolved as soon the owners could. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and attentive to our needs. We’ve always stayed in hotel rooms when we go on vacation. I am so glad that we decided to go with something different this year. First time in Puerto Rico

Pros: Location was close to everything! Nomore than 20 minutes away. Chris the owner was easy to reach and helpful A/C unit in both bedrooms 1 Smart tv Area was very quiet and safe Cons: Not very clean when we arrived (which isn't Chris's fault because he's out of state but the cleaner didn't do a good job) No hot water the entire stay Bedsheets and towels were old. The bedsheets very thin and uncomfortable Weird bug spray smell when we arrived More pros than cons so it was worth the price I guess. We just think that a better cleaner should be hired
