Welcome to “Sunset Bluff” – a coastal contemporary, with bay views and just steps from a private swimmable, sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay. The house has all the modern creature comforts set up in an upside-down house fashion to maximize the water views in the main living area on the top level.

The real magic of "Sunset Bluff" lies in its spectacular location – just steps from a private neighborhood beach – and the unforgettable sunsets from the balcony that paint the sky with vibrant hues. Minutes from walking trails, freshwater ponds, ocean beaches, and the famous Cape Cod bike path. You never need to leave the area, but for those who want to venture out, there are great restaurants, golf, tennis, art galleries and other attractions in Eastham and nearby towns. The house is ideally located between Orleans and Wellfleet.

Property Basics
This lovely contemporary offers all the comforts of home for a great vacation experience. The 1500 sq. ft. modern house, built in 2021, offers soaring ceilings in the main living area that bathe the room in sunlight (all windows equipped with blinds to manage the sunlight as you see fit). The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. The living, dining and kitchen are all in the vaulted main living area on the top floor. There is also a powder room on this level.

Sleeping Arrangements
The first-floor houses both bedrooms: the primary bedroom has a king sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed for added flexibility when it comes to sleeping options.

There are balconies on the upper level of the home that provide the best views of the bay. Additionally, there is a spacious patio on the ground level with dining and lounge seating plus an outdoor private shower, allowing you to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach.

The home is located on a small dead-end street and just steps from the beautiful bay beach – perfect for reading, swimming, walking and playing. Hit the beach at low tide and you can stroll out for a mile or more on the "Flats," a unique and awe-inspiring experience. The property is minutes from walking trails, freshwater ponds, ocean beaches, and the famous Cape Cod bike path. “Sunset Bluff” offers an elevated beach vacation experience.
