Quiet Garden Gem 2-bedroom house in North Oakland
Craftsman style sun filled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home, fully furnished with private back garden and landscaped front garden. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining. 2 bathrooms each equipped with a hair dryer and shower. Our home boasts 2 inviting bedrooms. Please note that the second bedroom also serves as an office with a sofa bed. The property offers amenities like a washing machine, iron, WiFi, heating, and AC. Fast Sonic internet and wireless Sonos speakers throughout.
We have a shared driveway with Tesla hook-up and lots of street parking. Convenient location close to BART, buses, highways, restaurants, coffee shops, Berkeley Bowl supermarket (home to fruit and vegetables galore) and farmer’s markets. Great walk score and next to a bicycle boulevard. Our home is located just blocks from the towns of Berkeley and Emeryville.

Our neighborhood is all about the people. We are lucky to live on a block where children ride bicycles on the street, folks invite us to backyard barbecues, and an ice cream truck cruises our block at sunset. We can easily walk to public transportation and take a bus or BART to San Francisco with ease. At busy traffic times public transportation is faster than driving!
