This charming studio is situated within a newly renovated adults-only boutique hotel. The unit boasts two queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a working station, and a full bath. Additionally, the studio includes a Roku TV for accessing all your favorite streaming services. Conveniently located in the heart of Hollywood, FL, we are just 10 minutes away from the beach, FLL airport, and Hollywood Blvd.
House Rules:
1. Age Restriction: Reservations must be made by guests aged 24 or above.
2. No smoking, parties, or events allowed.
3. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
4. Self-check-in with a smart lock is available.
5. Reservations for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored.
6. At least one member of the party must be 24 years old or above.
7. No children are allowed.
8. No smoking inside the premises.
9. Guests must leave the premises in the same clean and tidy condition as upon check-in.
10. Maximum sleeping occupancy is 3 people.
11. Reservations are not accepted for individuals under 24 years old.
12. Photo ID verification is required, and ID must be uploaded within 4 days of stay.
13. Failure to provide Airbnb verification within the required time will result in full payment for the stay as per the cancellation policy.
14. All guests must have a selfie-style profile picture matching their ID.
15. Guests and visitors must comply with Florida state and local laws.
16. Interior and exterior furnishings must not be removed from the premises.
17. Guests must notify the host in advance of any gatherings of more than six people.
18. Violation of rules may result in eviction and forfeiture of rents and deposits.

Causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighbors properties. Creating a nuisance by annoying or disturbing other tenants or nearby residents. For example, loud or excessive noise; possessing, using or selling any Fireworks, Firearms, or weapons of any type; jumping from any deck or any place on the property; and or any other acts which interfere with the neighbors’ right to quiet, quality of life, and enjoyment of their premises. During National pandemics/ emergencies we do not accept local bookings. No local bookings will be honored. No exceptions. $100 fee per night for each unapproved guest. $100 fee for unapproved late checkout. Two (2) hours after late checkout starts an additional charge of daily base rate or current seasonal rate is charged, plus all late checkout fees. Guest must still vacate home before incoming guest arrives. $1000 fee for smoking inside the home. $250 fee for excessive cleaning. ENTRY BY OWNER: Property owner or agent may enter the premises under the following circumstances: In case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Lost and Found Policy Property and Host are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Should any guests lose personal belongings, if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘found’. Host keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the property’s guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner’s expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within thirty (30) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded. Complaints, Liability and Damages Policy Any comment or complaint regarding the stay should be made to the Host at the time of visit so that the matter can be resolved immediately. Other than the event of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Host and Property, the Host and properties liability to the guest is limited to the price of the booking. Third Party Liability: The Host and property does not accept any liability for services rendered by third parties to guests, notwithstanding that such services may be arranged by the Host or property. Any claim, demand, charge, suit or damages which may be incurred by the guests (or any person claiming there under) shall be made directly with such third parties and the Host and property shall render all reasonable assistance in this regard.

- The owner or agent may enter the premises in case of emergency, repairs, services, or to show the property to prospective parties with at least 24 hours' notice (except in emergencies).
