Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The project is expected to last until the end of March.
During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.

Unit inside is clean, tastefully decorated, and well represented in the listing. As of our trip, outside deck is accessible but still needs repairs along the wall ( takes away from the beautiful view looking south ) Overall first trip with a VRBO listing was a success.

For the most part, the unit was clean. There are a few maintenance issues that the host assured they will be taken care of. I was there for the view and it did not disappoint.

Overall we had a great stay. Being just steps to the beach was perfect with a toddler and a baby. The upgrades to the condo were nice, air conditioning worked great, and the views were amazing. That being said, I noticed some residual sand from the previous renters and other than an old broom there were no cleaning tools. I am someone who likes to vacuum or sweep everyday, especially at the beach. Also, our first day was mid vacation for us so I did two loads of laundry right away and the washer/dryer ruined some of our clothes. I reached out to the management company and they offered to have maintenance come out but did not offer anything for our ruined clothes. I noticed in the description of the listing the week before we were set to arrive that the balcony would be under renovation. This is fine as repairs need to be done but the plastic they had put up over the damaged wall area had fallen down, leaving it exposed, and the one window that had a pane broken still had edges of sharp glass. We had to section off that area of the balcony so our toddler wouldn’t go over and hurt himself.As for the resort, there are no umbrellas at any of the pools, so if you need shade for a little one plan accordingly. Luckily we had a little tent for the beach that we could use by the pool for our baby. Having the little beach bar by the pools were nice to grab a drink at. The lazy river didn’t have very many tubes so we weren’t really able to use that.

We had a wonderful time at the beach! The condo was exactly as pictured. Julie reached out several times throughout our stay. We received instructions for checkout, etc. Baywatch amenities were great-pools were clean, restaurant had good food-overall a good vibe. The beach was wonderful as well. We would recommend this condo and would stay again!

Once we figured out layout check-in good. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of plates, glasses and supplies.

We ejoyed our stay

The room was represented well in the photos and it was clean apon arrival. We had 2 adults 2 kids and had pleanty of room. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and in room washer and dryer was very convenient. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that should negatively affect your stay. grounds were well kept and the staff was freindly you can load and unload in front of building but have to park in a parking garage which is not far. There was a bar and restaurant accessible from the pool area at the bottom of tower 2. There were multiple pools and hot tubs so it didnt feel over crowded. Great location to avoid the congestion of myrtle beach while still being close to plenty of activities. It was about a 25 min drive to the skywheel and many other things to do and places to eat within a 10min drive. Any issues/qustions i had i was able to communicate through text and have taken care of. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Family vacation.

It was the worst experience we have ever had in the 18 yrs we’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach. The condo had no air conditioning the entire week and the rental company never fixed. The condo has no fans at all. We had to put the mattresses in the floor in the living room cause it was cooler than the bedrooms. When I say cooler, it was 78 in the living room and 80 in bedrooms. I will never stay here again.
