Great girls get away!

Overall, very nice. I was a little concerned when first going to the unit. The exterior was a little "worn". We walked by windows that were rusty and I hoped I didn't make a mistake. Once in the unit though, everything was in good condition. Reminded myself that the outdoor weather conditions (salt and water) are going to be tough on the exterior. Luggage carts could use repair or replace. They were pitiful. Overall, a great experience. My daughters were pleased with the accommodations. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

On arrival, property had moist smell. Spoke with property group they offered several reasonable solutions. The unit needs to be updated for the cost of rental, however overall property was ok.

Family week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for a week this summer and it was beautiful. I had 3 kids with me and it was large enough we all were comfortable and out of eachothers hair when needed. Everything was in good condition minus the washer not being able to run the regular cycle and the dishwasher was missing a spring which was fun when the kids would load it lol. The cleaning was adequate. The resort itself was beautiful and the pools and jacuzzi areas well maintained. There was an ice cream shop right downstairs which was fantastic. Down sides would be 1 main group of elevators so it was always crowded with people waiting and the parking garage was narrow it took us a while getting out each time just so others could get through. Minimal carts for loading so get there early! All and all we had a wonderful vacation with lots of memories made.

Our family of 4 stayed the first week of June 2025. We absolutely loved our time. We were beyond impressed with the property, especially considering ours was a very last minute booking. The views are amazing and everything within the resort is conveniently located and easy to navigate to. The unit was extremely clean and spacious. Check in was super simple and the host was very responsive. The grounds are immaculately maintained. It’s very family friendly, we only heard the occasional loud guest, which is typical of anywhere you go, and did not impact our stay at all. They should update their photos as all of the kitchen appliances are now brand new stainless steel appliances. Everything worked great (but the dryer takes a bit longer than ours at home). We are frequent beach goers for our family vacations at international resorts, but I can say with certainty that we loved this beach more than any others we’ve visited. My 9-year old fell in love with boogie boarding here, it was clean and free of seaweed, and calm even when busy (though I will admit we visited very early in the season). I highly recommend getting a chair rental as it’s much easier to have a spot dedicated to you for the week and not needing to tote down chairs and umbrellas. The location is convenient to everything in North Myrtle and is a short drive to the main Myrtle Beach locations. Should our schedule and the condo’s availability match we 100% plan to return to this specific unit.

Good clean room, handicap parking not friendly

The property mangers were great, the room while listed as newly renovated was just new flooring & paint. The living room furniture could stand to be deep cleaned & the other furniture, dressers, kitchen cabinets & other wooden furniture could stand to be updated. However the room was very clean. The views were amazing from the room. We had little to no cell service but were able to use the Wi-Fi. There was very limited handicapped parking in front of the property & no other spots except for check in spots. All other spots were in a parking garage in front of one of the towers. Unfortunately not the tower this room is in.

Well, located beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. Kitchen could use do dinner plates, and some salad plates.

Everything was good. Beautiful view, condo was clean. This is our 2nd year staying at this condo and love it every single time. The washer and dryer probably needs replaced, and the smart Vizio was very challenging, but, other than that, a beautiful condo

Mixed Bag

The unit is dated, but clean. Beds were comfortable but sheets were scratchy. They provided absolutely nothing, not a roll of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, washing machine detergent, ice trays, nothing. The dryer didn't work well. The advertising that you get up to 250.00 in free activity tickets a day a top rated places is a lie. You get one free ticket to older outdated places, not the Aquarium or the good mini golf courses. If you are traveling by air, you have to rent (quite expensive) umbrellas and chairs or buy them. If they were to put an umbrella and a few beach chairs in the closet, it would be a great benefit. The pools were kept clean and the ocean was lovely. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We had a fun time, despite being nickeled and dimed to death.

Bay Watch condo

This condo is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The building is also very clean and kept up well. We loved the lazy river and the hot tubs.The location right on the ocean is perfect and the neighborhood feels quiet and safe. A lovely getaway!

It's ok

Our stay there was OK. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Loved having access to be able to walk on the beach. It was frustrating that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and would leave food marks on the dishes even if I ran it with the hot water setting to start. I had to clean the dishes after they had been in the dishwasher. What we didn't like about this property was that neither one of us could get internet in the room, we both had different carriers. We connected with the internet for Bay Watch but it didn't help. I had to keep going down by the pool to check emails or texts. Because of that, we will not rent this place again.

Vacationing in Myrtle Beach

Our stay at the Bay Watch in Myrtle Beach was great, our room was excellent, overlooking the beautiful pools and hot tubs, and of course a grand view of the ocean. Since we have visited Myrtle Beach many times we just enjoyed the great weather and ate at all of our favorite restaurants. A few visits have been not so pleasant accommodations but our stay at Bay Watch through VRBO was excellent. We enjoyed the cafes and dine in accommodations. We highly recommend visiting the beach and enjoying the hospitality. We will definitely be back at Bay Watch again.

We came for a family wedding and stay a couple of days extra. It has beautiful views and newly renovated. Definitely would recommend the property.

Fun at the beach

We liked the condo. Loved sitting on deck watching the people and listening to waves. It was great for my son because had pools, hot tub, workout room and of course the beach. The area was easy to drive and traffic not bad. There was restaurant in condo and fod was good.

Definitely not newly renovated. THATS A HUGE LIE

Was woke up every morning by 5 to 530 am with the big moths next door to us when the resort was darn near empty. Cockroach in the room that was not newly renivated . Dont sray here it is horrible, and the reality of north beack realtors dont care. Run from this place

Relaxing

The condo was in a great location and the 10th floor was great! Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful! The condo could use a few updates in the main bedroom and bath. The condo overall was really nice. Peaceful and quiet!!!

Great location and perks

Great location. Especially for ball tournament. Good perks at property with pools, bars, etc. do wish you did not have to travel to realty company to pick up keys. Wish property was a code instead of physical keys.

First Time Visit - North Myrtle Beach

Property was pretty much like the picture. Resort was slightly dated but nice. Steps from the beach and was perfect for sitting on the balcony seeing the sunrise and listening to the ocean. Minor issues were taken care of right away without issue. Beds could be more comfortable and unit could be updated a bit more, but overall, the stay was pleasant.
