With space for 8, this home is ideal for families traveling together. This single-level home features a bright, pristine kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. Doors from the living room lead to a screened-in porch with a BBQ grill for your enjoyment. Let your pups run freely in the fenced yard!

The home includes a king bed master suite with an ensuite bathroom that boasts a garden tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms consist of one King, one Queen, and a twin bunk room—perfect for your little travelers! There is also an additional full bathroom. Guests will have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage, which houses our 4-seater electric golf cart, free for your use during your stay.

Windmark Beach offers! Enjoy beach access from the boardwalk at the Village Center. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the BeachWalk boardwalk, which runs parallel to the bay, or drive the golf cart to the town center for a meal at The View on Old 98. You can also grab pizza to enjoy on the beach at Bruno's Pizza!

The Town Center offers a variety of stores, including paddleboard rentals, a fitness center, an aesthetic boutique, a grocery market, and a craft cocktail bar. You'll love the Village Center Club, which features a beautiful zero-entry pool. When not swimming, children can enjoy the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck.

Throughout the year, the Village Green hosts various events, from outdoor music performances to family movie nights.

-This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 +Tax will be charged for the first dog, $50 +Tax for the second. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
