The space
Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook up delicious meals and enjoy them in our comfortable dining area. You can also take your meals outside to our patio and enjoy the warm Florida weather.

If you prefer to explore the nearby nature parks, splash parks, or dine at local restaurants and cafes, you`re in luck! Everything is just a stone`s throw away, with grocery stores less than a mile away.

When you`re ready to wind down for the night, our bedrooms provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat with plush beds and soft linens. Our house is a new home with all the perks you need to enjoy a perfect vacation in Clearwater. We can`t wait to host you and make your stay unforgettable!

With almost 2000 square feet of living space, our house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a super comfortable mattress to ensure a good night`s rest. The master bedroom comes complete with its own bathroom, closet, so you can unwind and relax in style.

Our living room is perfect for lounging and hanging out with friends and family. If you`re feeling like cooking up a storm, our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a range of seasonings to add that extra flavor to your meals.

Lastly, we can`t wait to welcome you to our lovely home and make your stay in Clearwater a memorable one!
Guest access
Guests will have access in entire house. You can park up to three cars in the driveway.

Our charming home is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Tampa Airport, 15 minutes from St. Pete Airport, and 50 minutes from Sarasota Airport. If you`re planning to visit Disney World and downtown Disney, you`ll be happy to know that they are just a 1.5-hour drive away. Also, our home is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from LEGOLAND!

We welcome guests to stay for a minimum 30 days in our comfortable and cozy home. During your stay, there`s plenty to do in the local area and towns, including exploring local eateries, shopping, water sports, miniature golf, Splash Harbor Water park, bowling, laser tag, and trampoline parks.

If you`re looking for exciting day trips, the surrounding area has plenty to offer, such as the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights from late November to January 1st, John`s Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, and Children`s Museums. Sports fans can catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers football game in Tampa, or check out some pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training.

For your convenience, we allow parking in our driveway for up to four vehicles. Check-in is a breeze with our smart lock system. Come stay with us and enjoy all the wonderful attractions the local area has to offer!

We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 10pm, as we are located in a peaceful neighborhood.

Other things to note
At least one person renting must be 25 or older.
- NO SMOKING
- NO PARTY
- No unreported visitors or unconfirmed guests without prior approval
- No gathering beyond the numbers of booked guests. Any unconfirmed guests showing up at the property will result in immediate CANCELLATION and termination of your stay, without a refund.

To ensure the optimal performance of the air conditioning unit, we request that you keep all doors and windows closed while it is in use. Lastly, we ask that you refrain from setting the AC temperature below 72 degrees.

The landscaping guy is coming every Friday between 12:00pm-2:00pm.
Trash green bin is picked up on every Tuesday by 7am. It is very important that you take the trash bins to the curb and return them to the side of the house on pick up days only.
