Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire second-story townhouse and garage. The first floor features the garage, a game area, and one of the full bathrooms, while the living area is located entirely on the second floor. There are no interior stairs within the unit, as all living spaces are on a single level.
There is on-site parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 in the first-come, first-served shared parking lot. The shared driveway is available for loading and unloading only.
Pool access requires check-in with Seacrest Beach guest services for wristbands.

The Neighborhood:
Rosemary Beach is known for its charming streets, boutique shops, and a wide range of dining options. Enjoy the serene white-sand beaches or explore nearby trails and parks. For families, there are plenty of activities including bike rentals, paddleboarding, and local events.

Getting Around:
This property is located within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Parking is limited, but bike rentals are a popular and convenient way to explore the area. The West portion of the island does not have public bus stops but there is a seasonal tram to take to the beach.

Other Things to Note:
There are 2 security cameras. One at the front door and one on the shared staircase.

Please note: Construction is currently taking place at the back of the property. The completion timeline is still to be determined (TBD), and guests may experience some construction-related noise during their stay.
