For the neighborhood, it was close to beach, pool and Seacrest village. However, I would describe it as an 'efficient' home. It had just enough to call it furnished but didn't feel homey at all. Very cold and sparse. But would work great for a large crew / teens as there's tons of space and would be minimal damage.

Aquanut House

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aquanut House! Steps away from pool entry and a shuttle pickup to the beach. The beach is an easy walk but the shuttle was nice when we were taking all of our beach goodies. We found the house to be exactly as described and will definitely be back!

Great trip in Seacrest!

The house is one of the closest ones to the main Seacrest entrance, right across the street from a pool entrance. An easy walk to Alys and Rosemary. House was well-maintained and had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice home, great location

We were completely satisfied with the property! Walking distance to everything we needed. Only improvements needed are the master bed is extremely squeaky and the TV in the family room needs to be a smart TV or include a Roku.

Great location, disappointed with property management

Great location, great space for a group. We had appliance issues that were not addressed properly, leaving us without dishwasher/disposal for half the week, and a mess made from said broken appliances all over the kitchen floor. The return response was none-sparse, with no check in re: repeated attempts at communication to resolve.

Previous water damage

I hate to ever give a bad review but the unit had a mildew or water damaged smell. My husband has immune issues and it triggered problems with his breathing. Overall the place was nice, clean and well appointed. If the issues with the mildew could be addressed it’d be great. The living area had a repair spot visible on ceiling and the wall beside table wall previously repaired and coming back apart. We had to leave a day early due to the problem. A/C went out last day we were there but repairman came quickly to work on.

Shari, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the musty smell in this house! When you alerted us mid-way through your stay, our maintenance tech came out there to inspect and remedy this issue. At the end of your stay, the A/C went out which was the cause of the smell to begin with. The A/C has been completely replaced and this house now has perfect circulation with no odors! We have had numerous guests stay since then with no complaints! We welcome all guests to this home as it is in perfect condition for an amazing Beach Getaway! We'd love for another chance to impress you with this house or others, so let us know when you're ready to rebook and we will ensure a more pleasurable experience with Beach Getaways!

Family Vacation

Let me start by saying location, location, location! This property is across from the pool and so close to the shops and restaurants that we didn’t get bikes. We had a wonderful family vacation. We come to the area at least once a year, sometimes twice. We did have many issues with this property and Carolina was going over and above to respond to us. The thing i would want to communicate in this review is that the property needs a complete update. In the photos, you are not able to tell how neglected this property is. Most of the furniture is old, stained and tired and looks like “second hand” furnishings. When you pay a month's wage to stay a week, you expect to walk into luxury. Two of the beds were in such poor condition we couldn’t get good sleep, but we communicated this to Carolina and she took care of us. New box springs were delivered the next day and then we had great sleep for the remainder of our stay. Also, the owner doesn’t provide a code to the front door, so when you come and go, you have to walk around to the back of the house to get in. And one last thing, this house sleeps 8 people, but there is not enough seats in the living room, and the dinner table only has 6 seats.
