The luxury retreat is set on Lake Bob Sandlin in East Texas, overlooking the lake and nestled between beautiful oak and pine trees. The cabin has everything... an expansive, well-appointed great hall featuring waterfront views, a full gourmet kitchen, a stunning oversized floor to ceiling gas fireplace, as well as 4 luxury bedrooms, all with private baths.

As you enter the inviting, fully furnished cabin, your eyes will be drawn towards the expansive lake views in the great hall room that boasts high vaulted ceilings with an impressive floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace. The great room features two ultra-luxe sofas and two accent chairs. The great hall has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room that accommodates seating for 14 between the dining table and island. The kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware you'll need to make your favorite meals! Featuring double ovens, a dishwasher, large refrigerator, 5 burner gas range, and an under the counter ice maker! This kitchen was designed to handle large groups of up to 14 people!

For guest convenience, just to the right of the kitchen is a large pantry and a coat closet. Just around the corner is the half bath, mud room, and laundry room, featuring a washer and dryer.

MAIN LEVEL BEDROOMS: There are 3 master suites located on the first level! Just off the great hall to the right is the first master suite, with a king-size bed, desk, a closet for storing personal items and a flat-screen Roku TV. The private attached master bathroom features double vanities/sinks, an oversized walk-in shower, and an impressive soaking tub. Across the great hall, guests will find 2 additional private master suites. Each suite is well appointed with a queen-size bed, a closet for storing personal items, and a flat-screen Roku TV. Each bed features a luxury mattress, fine pillows, and linens to ensure the utmost comfort of our guests.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor boasts a state-of-the-art media room giving guests the ability to have full cinematic experience or for the family to enjoy modern gaming platforms. Across from the media room, guests will find the bunk room, complete with 6 twin XL-over-twin XL bunk beds. The bunk room features a Roku TV and Big Joe! This area accommodates a total of 6 guests. The bunk room has a private attached bath with double sinks and a tub-shower.

OUTDOORS: Enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing on over 1,000 sq. ft. of covered patios or down at the boathouse. The boathouse has a slip where guests can park their boat after a day of fishing, water sports, or just relaxing on the water. The patio areas offer a 50-inch Roku TV and a stone gas fireplace to cozy up around on the outdoor sofa, all while enjoying the breathtaking views. The outdoor area is well appointed with a gas grill, an outdoor picnic table, and an oversized hot tub. This area accommodates seating for 10+ plus people! Close to the shoreline you will find a firepit for s'mores with Adirondack chairs.

REMOTE WORK: “Better to be at the Lake thinking about work, than to be at Work thinking about the Lake!” Guest confidently leave the stress and high-paced work life behind knowing they have the ability to work remote. There are desks with Starlink internet access suitable for video conferencing. No need to take a call from a desk; take it from the patio, boathouse, or by the fire. Once you have completed their work, you can jump off the end of the dock for a refreshing swim!

ONSITE ACTIVITIES: Guests are welcome to take advantage of a pair of kayaks and life jackets, water toys, fishing poles, ladder golf, and corn hole boards. The kids can also feed catfish from the dock in the evenings (bread, cat fish food, dog food, etc.). As a family you can all can enjoy s'mores around the campfire and the luxury hot tub comfortably seats 7 people at once!

The property is .5 miles away from Barefoot Bay Marina to launch your boat ($4), fill up with gas, or grab supplies. No boat? The marina also provides boat rentals and there are other rental companies and guides we can recommend.
5 miles from Historic Pittsburg, TX where there are several great attractions and restaurants including Los Pinos Winery, Anvil Brewery, Pittsburg Hot Links, Flying Cow Burger and Wings as well as Racks, Daqz, and Axe. There is also a Brookshires for groceries if you'd prefer to cook your meals or pick up firewood. Pittsburg is a small town with a great vibe and has many activities going on throughout the year.
